Плюсы: Красивый вид из отеля. Очень приветливый парень на ресепшене. Глубокий бассейн, девушка была в восторге, ныряла без остановки (3,4 метра) Минусы: Завтрак, выглядит красиво, но есть нечего, нет омлета или яиц, нет ничего кроме 2 кусочка сыра и фруктового салата. После завтрака идешь нормально покушать в другое место. Интернет нормальный, но каждый день надо заново логиниться и он небыстрый. Пляж арендованный совместно с другими отелями, работает до 18! Что дико неудобно, но это не вина отеля. Кстати бассейн закрывается тоже в 18 и это большой минус, покупаться совершенно негде... В целом отель за свои деньги неплохой и можно там остановиться.

Therefore, the cleaning staff did not even visit the area where we stayed for 2 days. Our room was located in the central area right next to the pool. It's not a hotel I would choose again.

The hotel environment is great, and the service staff are very good, from the guy who helped with the luggage, who took me, who spoke poor English, back and forth between the lobby and the room. It was past mealtime and we couldn't find a restaurant to eat at, so the restaurant guy personally took us to the place where we could get the food after get off work. Then the uncle at the restaurant downstairs in the lobby helped us buy meal coupons with cash. The whole hotel has all kinds of memories for us, even though we only stayed for one night. We arrived at around 8 o'clock in the morning, but we couldn't check in until 2 o'clock in the afternoon. We booked a room with breakfast included, and we had a flight early the next morning so we didn't have time to have breakfast, so we asked if we could have breakfast in advance? Not allowed, but meals will be packed for the next day. My suggestion is that if you are a special forces soldier like us, you can come here early in the morning to buy meals with cash, which is US$15 per person per meal. After eating, go to the beach and charter a boat to go snorkeling. The charter boat costs about US$40 and meals are included. You can eat on the boat and come back around four or five in the afternoon, and then go to the cliff bar, which does not waste any time. Or if you don't charter a boat, you can go to the beach for diving after breakfast for US$25 per person, and another US$25 is required to take videos and photos. The hotel's airport pick-up service is outsourced to a special company. There is a particularly nice uncle on the right side of the hotel lobby as you enter. The airport pick-up service is generally charged at US$25. The price depends on the number of people, the amount of luggage, and the type of vehicle. There was a misunderstanding here. I forgot that my chartered car included airport pick-up and drop-off service. Then I used simple English and gestures to communicate several times to let the uncle know how much luggage we had. Then I paid in cash. I finally booked the airport drop-off service. The uncle confirmed the time and room number with me several times, but when I got back to the room, I remembered that our chartered car included airport drop-off service. I was thinking about whether I could cancel it, but I explained to the uncle. He quickly gave me cash change and said it was my pleasure to serve me! Four Seasons is completely in line with your imagination. Its service is great. The room can be cleaned for you at any time. If they see you wearing glasses, they will immediately put a mirror cloth in the room. If they see a mouse, they will immediately provide you with a mouse pad. There is a parent-child playground, which is very professional, except that there are damn mosquitoes there, which bite children's faces all over. Remember to bring mosquito repellent and medicine.

I came here for the corals, but the corals and fish near the shore are not as beautiful as those seen at sea. The main reason for snorkeling at the hotel is convenience. Excellent resort, close to Sharm El Sheik airport, it is about 30 minutes from the old town, the Safari and the marina where trips to Ras Mohammad depart. The hotel is located within soho square, a safe neighborhood that is foreign to the typical incursions of Egyptian sellers found in the rest of the country. We were able to compare ourselves, during the various trips, with other tourists on the quality of the hotel, the size and type of the beaches, THE RESTAURANTS (sore point in Egypt) and I must say that the Savoy hotel came out victorious. The comparison with the other resorts was then also compared by us on the occasion of transfers and dinners. The resort is equipped with every comfort: 3 swimming pools, 3 restaurants (Rosmarino really has an excellent value for money, super recommended), a wide and sandy beach with a reef rich in typical coral reef species. Inside the hotel you will find several operators who will offer you trips and excursions (we opted for GetYourGuide apart from the parasailing we did with them). The maid service was excellent all week.

Service standards, in particular, fell short in comparison to establishments of a lower tier. A discernible lack of order and organization was evident, notably during the check-in and check-out procedures, which seemed marred by temporary capacity challenges. Despite these shortcomings, a commendable aspect was the amiable and responsive nature of many staff members encountered. Their professionalism in addressing my concerns with empathy was noteworthy. Contemplating a return stay at White Hills Hotel warrants careful consideration. The observed lapses in service and organization may be contextualized within the framework of the hotel's current capacity constraints, urging a reconsideration when conditions are more favorable
