"We chose to stay in Baihaba for two nights at a guesthouse in Xincun. The service was excellent; they arranged for a manager to confirm our arrival time and pick up our luggage from the Xincun parking lot. Because it was peak season and rooms were scarce, we booked different rooms for the two nights, but they still helped with our luggage. The first night's cabin on the ground floor was incredibly warm and cozy, while the second night's attic was a bit chilly. Both rooms had separate wet and dry areas, and they provided disposable face towels and toilet seat covers. It's a bit of an uphill walk to the bus stop; the roads are quite undeveloped and quiet. On a rainy morning, we even saw morning mist – the scenery was absolutely stunning. Since we were rushing to catch our flight, the staff also helped us confirm our luggage and brought it directly to the parking lot, saving us a lot of time."

"It was raining the day we went to Bahaiba, and with limited parking spots in the scenic area, we were directed to park on the grass. The bad weather made the roads muddy, and our self-driving car couldn't enter the scenic area, which dampened our spirits. After a phone call, the hotel manager was very helpful, assisting us with our luggage and immediately taking us on a tour around the village. Standing at a high vantage point, my mood brightened. Although the electricity supply was tight, the manager provided electric blankets and heaters, ensuring the facilities were complete. The recommended restaurants were also excellent, and we were kindly driven around multiple times. The manager's service was superb, and I would definitely choose to stay here again if I have the chance."
