Environment: The front desk is quite bad, there is often no one around, the security is terrible, there are many entrances that can lead directly to the room

Facilities: There is an outdoor swimming pool, but it is not open! !

Everything was wore out. The toilet made the loudest noise every time I flushed it, bed was uncomfortable.

Toilet water kept running. Shower floor tile was broken. Bed was not comfortable. In shower, hot water all of sudden came out. Room had only one plastic chair.. No sofa.
Cheaper room doesn't mean poor quality. All should be functioned.

Rude staff. Questioned my minor children just to fix a room key. After my wife went and cused them out they changed their attitude. Room was semi falling apart, but what do you expect for a pretty decent room rate. Over all it was a stay

We were a little worried about staying here given prior reviews, but we really enjoyed our stay. The hotel room was clean and modern for Motel 6 prices and was perfect for our short visit to the greater Chicago area.

Beds were so uncomfortable that I tossed and turned both nights. Literally the worst mattress I’ve ever slept on and that includes my time in Iraq where I slept on the ground by my truck or on the roof of bombed out buildings since that was cooler than staying inside. I didn’t dare take my flip flops off to take a shower due to the nasty shower that had scum and stains all over. Our TV also had bright white circles burned into it which made watching tv pretty annoying…….not that my son and I wanted to stay in the room long enough to watch TV though. We checked out after two nights of miserable sleep and when I asked the front desk about a refund, I was told that refunds are not allowed. Don’t ever stay at the fleabag motel……this place is bottom of the barrel, even for Motel 6.

Very unhappy - place smells like cigarettes and *****, dirty bathrooms, I guess booking a non smoking ‘deluxe’ room meets u get met with cigarette butts and unclean rooms, health risk.
