We stopped for 1 night on our way to Phoenix for the winter. This new Fairfield is SPOTLESS! Staff always smiling and polite. Breakfast was hot, fresh, and eating space was nice and quiet due to muted TV (Thank You!). Lobby had several nice comfortable conversation groupings. Room was very comfortable and quiet. Even with the location next to the interstate, we did not hear a thing and slept soundly. Walking distance to a top line steak house. Marriott scores again!

The property was extremely clean and well-maintained: Lobby, public space, hallways, the room itself and the bathroom, and the amenity areas. HVAC in the room made it very comfortable for sleeping. The staff was friendly and very professional. The parking area was well lit and felt secure.

The Fairfield in Rolla is great.. The total hotel was immaculate. The king suite was very roomy and comfortable. The bathroom was very nice. There was a large shower with plenty of hot water. I'm not a fan of hotel chain breakfasts but this one had a larger variety of food with healthy options. Everything that I ate was tasty and fresh. The workers were very friendly. I highly recommend this Marriott.

We stayed at Fairfield lnn & Suites Rolla for two nights during my visit to Branson and Lake of the Ozarks, and it was absolutely wonderful! The location was perfect and the property itself is pretty new and beautifully updated, with everything looking fresh and well-maintained. The hotel was spotlessly clean, and the ambiance was warm and welcoming. The hospitality and service were exceptional — every staff member was courteous and attentive, making sure our stay was comfortable. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options to start the day right. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would definitely choose this Fairfield lnn again for future trips. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!

Their staff is trained for exceptional service, and the breakfast was outstanding. The room and cleanliness were impeccable. I had an absolutely amazing stay at Fairfield Inn! Friendly, attentive staff, top-notch amenities, and a perfect location with comfortable beds made for a restful night. Highly recommended for a 5-star experience!

Great stay
We really liked this hotel. Staff was all nice and friendly. Very clean and updated. Our only wish was C ports with the USB port outlets. Breakfast was good and would eatt the potatoes everyday along with the orange juice. Wish the pillows were firmer but thats okay.
