Days Inn by Wyndham Rolla

Room was perfect for our needs. Beds were comfortable and linens were fresh and crisp. Some of the towels were a little aged, but there was an adequate supply and decent sized. We didn’t take advantage of the breakfast, but it smelled good. We didn’t have much interaction with the staff, but they seemed fine. Room and common areas all seemed clean.

No hot breakfast except dried egg whites. Empty trays on counter top. Old hotel and please don't call this a 3 star hotel. This is very misleading. I booked this hotel for my family seing this a 3 star hotel with pictures of hot breakfast. We were very disappointed!

We booked a 3-night stay. No issues with the cleanliness of the hotel and the breakfast was just ok. We had to switch rooms 2 times. The 1st room the air conditioning ran non-stop, and the thermostat was hanging off the wall. The room was 60 degrees when the thermostat was set at 78 degrees. The only way to control the temperature in the room was to turn off/on the AC. The hotel manager moved us to another room. On day two, our 2nd room had an issue with the toilet where it did not flush. Again, the hotel manager willingly moved us to another room. Our 3rd room was much better, however the bathroom sink drained very slow. We reported this issue when we checked out. The hotel has 61 rooms. We stayed in 3 different rooms which had a maintenance issue. This means 5% of the rooms had an issue. I just wonder how many other rooms have a maintenance/operational issue.

Encountered a particularly surly innkeeper. illogical and just in very bad form on Sunday morning.

The guy who was at the front desk upon check out was rude. There was a huge cockroach so we left at 8am.

The woman at the desk was friendly and helpful the refrigerator wasn’t working and the phone cord damaged so no dial tone to the front desk. Had to move my room. No downstairs rooms available and i am 67 my room was on the opposite side from the parking i like to see my vehicle from my room
