We reported the problem, but the hotel couldn't fix it. I highly don't recommend it. Especially for people who have trouble sleeping, I don't recommend it at all. The service is not great. They are not service-minded at all."

"We arrived at noon, but check-in wasn't allowed until 2 PM. The staff informed us we had to wait until after 2 PM. We went out, came back, and sat in the lobby. Both staff members were watching a movie with the volume up. It wasn't super loud, but sitting in the lobby, it felt like we were involuntary participants in their movie-watching. When we finally checked in, they assigned us room 305. The air conditioning was noisy from the moment we inserted the key card, as loud as the clip below. We went down to request a room change. A staff member came up to check and then moved us to another room. However, after moving to the new room, the staff called our room phone and told us we had to move again because they had assigned us a room priced higher than what we paid for. There was no apology or acknowledgment of their mistake in managing the system. Instead, they said, "If you want to stay, you'll have to pay extra," which is not an appropriate way to address a customer. Shortly after, the lights in our room went out. At first, I thought there was a power outage, but it turned out the lights were fine in the next room we moved to."
