I felt more safe and secure with hygiene and I found all the things within the walkable distance and the cleaning service is good

I went through ******* to book my reservation at this hotel. When I arrived to check in, the manager could not find my reservation. I looked at my confirmation email, and that's when I noticed I had booked my room for October, instead of September. The manager was very understanding and found a room for my 2 night stay. He let me know that he could not cancel the October reservation, since I went through *******, and that I would have to reach out to them. I messaged ******* later that evening and they were able to cancel my reservation, however it was a nonrefundable reservation. I spoke to the manager at Guest Inn the next afternoon and he called ******* to approve the refund for me. He was kind and always respectful every time I spoke with him. When I got to my room, after check-in, I was delighted at how clean the room was. Everything worked perfectly, and it was nice to have a refrigerator and microwave for my restaurant left overs. I highly recommend Guest Inn in Rogers AR!

odd.
had an issue finding our reservation said bc it was “old” (booked in March went in August) so that took a lengthy amount of time to ‘find’
nothing was mentioned about the 50 dollar deposit
asked for two extra pillows (one for each of our legs) and he asked “how many people are staying in there??” which he asked a few times upon checking in. we said just us two- lol we are 30 yrs old and need the support. it took him 10 mins to fetch the pillows. we saw him on the camera find the pillows and stand back there. quite odd. then he had me stand and watch him check our room… he made sure that the remote “still worked”, counted the pillows & yeah. won’t be staying again.

The owner asked for a $50 deposit that no where in the info did it mention. The ice machine had a sign to leave some money for maintenance. I bought 2 water bottles and they looked like they had been refilled, the amounts were different. They didn't service my room and I complained. They argued but did it and only half ass. I would not recommend this hotel.

I was traveling for work and arrived pretty late. They got me checked in and in a room quickly. Room was clean and the bed was soft. Spoke with the owner and he is actively making improvements. He cares about the guests experience

terrible
Hotel charged me a deposit that was NOT listed in the listing. I did not have any more money and they refused to refund me after they agreed to it in person. these people are crooks. and the place smelled horrible

Ok stay
Tv did not work. No body at front desk when I checked out. I had to go back and get my deposit
