Fairfield Inn & Suites Bentonville Rogers

Terrible amenities, pool closed. Room falling apart, not given room promised. Overcharged at hotel with hidden fees.

Great stay. Friendly staff and a good breakfast. Room was very clean. Will stay again when I come back to Rogers. Close to restaurants and they have an on-site shop which was really helpful.

I arrived at the front desk around 6:30am needing feminine hygiene products. The convenience items available were extremely limited, and when I asked the clerk for assistance, he informed me they had nothing of “that nature.” It was disappointing that such basic necessities weren’t stocked, and the phrasing felt awkward and unhelpful. For a hotel to not have these essential items available—or at least be able to direct guests to a nearby option—seems like a significant oversight in guest services.

Wonderful staff! Spacious rooms, clean and comfortable! Great breakfast, pool, workout facilities are a plus. It’s nice having a refrigerator, tables, chairs, work desk, sofa, TV. Cleaning crew is top notch! Location is great for food lovers!

The hotel was in a good location and easily accessible. Room was clean. The hotel has recently had some water damage and had tape on the sheet rock with percentages written on the painter tape, which made me a little worried about air quality. There was a small area of the entry with plastic sheeting as they were repairing. The workers were friendly but were not always helpful. For example, I was FREEZING the first night and went down to the desk for an extra blanket. I was told they had no extra blankets, only the thin coverlets. I froze all night and did not get a good nights sleep. Another example was when I asked for a later check out. I was told that only "members" are able to request a late check out. Finally, the continental breakfast was just OK and really did not have the times I usually expect in the typical hotel breakfast. There were bagels, but limited and only grape jelly, no other flavors. There was not a waffle machine (which in my experience is the most popular hotel breakfast item). There weren't pastries. No bananas or fresh fruit either. So I would say average to below average if I compare it to other 2.5 hotels, like La Quinta
