On arrival there was a long wait line . When I got to desk the room I picked wasn't Available so got a room several floors down on the opposite side of the elevator so it was a long walk. When getting into our room there was a big wet/stain on the sofa lounge part! Entering the bathroom there was some one else's body fluids on the toilet seat and under it and on the back side of the toilet bowl (extremely disgusting!! Then into the bed room area the beds look as if they were slept in prior to us and was just made back up and not changed out (gross again). Forgot to say that there was blood on the bathroom wall! What the heck ! Room was not clean prior to our arrival ! Not impressed at all ! So unfortunate!!

Stayed for business for a couple of days. Nice to see the room was ready early but felt the $75 early check-in fee was a bit steep. If the room is ready, I’d recommend doing the right thing for the guests. Rooms felt outdated and lighting was dim/orange in rooms. Turndown service should include refreshing Hilton honor perk of water each day. Breakfast was nice with made to order omelet station. Fruit selection could be better. Nice touch to have a happy hours with two drinks provided. We really enjoyed that.

Hotel looks great at a glance but management is not keeping up on maintenance. First I will say staff and breakfast were great. We paid almost $300 a night for a room plus $15/night for parking and it was a rip off for what we experienced. The ice maker on the 5th floor was not working and it appeared it hadn't been working for a while. I asked the housekeeping staff which floors had working ice makers and they told me to go to the ground floor. The ground floor bathroom had broken and loose tile. The complimentary reception was understaffed with one lady working it with a consistent line of 15-20 people. When I got through the line she said she was out of chardonnay. Our bathroom tub/shower made you think you were at an old run down Motel 6. The tub was cracked and had rust stains and you could see where someone tried to cover it up with spray paint. The dresser the TV was sitting on was over a foot back from the wall because it was too wide to fit against the wall. Did I get the only room like this? I doubt it. The management seems to have lost interest in providing the experience that used to come with staying at an Embassy Suites hotel.

Stayed here one night while in town for a concert across the street, and the location couldn't have been better. It was just a quick walk to the amphitheater and close to plenty of food and shopping options. The staff was friendly and check-in was smooth. My room was spacious and comfortable overall, but it did have a strange odor and some crumbs on the floor. There was also a could of small maintenance issues, including the shower handle coming loose. My biggest gripe was with all the extra charges. Before I even arrived, I received emails offering paid early check-in and paid room upgrades, and late check-out also came at an extra fee. Parking was another $15 per night. At check-in they also tried to upsell a room upgrade. As a Diamond member, I'm used to many of these perks being complimentary, so it felt a bit disappointing. Unfortunately, this seems to be a growing trend, what used to be included now comes at a price, and loyalty perks being slashed. Another small frustration was that breakfast wasn't being restocked, 20 minutes prior to closing. By the time I had arrived most items had already been put away. Overall, its a convenient hotel with friendly service and a great location, but the added fees, and minor room issues kept it from being a stellar stay

Pricey at $600 for one night for a double. But close to the AMP and we were headed to a concert. Paying for parking is a bit comical - again given the high room rate. Only real complaint - is that the bar and restaurant area were overwhelmed when the nightly free drink promo began. Two bartenders was not enough and, no offense to them as they were going as fast as they could, but it took almost 30 minutes to place our dinner order. Never saw any other staff working the area except for servers.

Booked this hotel in September 2025, and had stayed here previously years ago with great memories. Expected a little better experience, and it's obvious that it has gone down a little. Luke warm hot water with little water pressure, and having to pay to park in a 2 acre parking lot with no security were not the expectations I had. I booked through a company travel app, and the parking fee was not mentioned. It is stated in the Hotel website. Ridiculous to charge for parking when one has to walk considerable distance to get into the hotel, and there is no security. Many places to stay in this area. Thought I would get a better experience, and will not stay here again.
