Great location and beautiful modern design. Our stay was comfortable and our kids loved it

We planned our trip 2 months in advance. We called the day we were to arrive to advise them that we would be in very late due to a late football game the day of check in. 12 or 1 am is what we told them. We asked if that was going to be a problem and were told no and that a note was made regarding this. We were to be staying with our other son’s baseball team at this hotel for a tournament weekend. When we arrived at 1 in the morning with the family we were told they have our room away even though we had called. And know because of the tournament happening rooms were hard to find at a comparable rate. Wi did end up finding a place not with our son’s team though. I need up to be a good weekend. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. They were inconsiderate and seemed to not care that this left us not only without our team but without a place for our family to rest and sleep until 3 am. We do not recommend this hotel.

This was a stop by as I was driving up to Hershey, PA. Great ambience when you walk in, staff was great except the morning lady addressing the breakfast. She as to aggressive speaking to me on how to use the utensils while I was serving my own food. She was like a hawk watching the kids preparing their plates and cleaning after them as they did a mess which they didn't. Room was very comfortable, good options for breakfast.

Truly did not like this hotel. The air conditioner in our room was EXTREMELY noisy. The water coming out of the faucet in the bathroom just trickeled out of the faucet. The TV kept freezing. Other guests were running up and down the hallway. And lastly the people above us were moving furniture and bouncing about in their room. We called the front desk and asked to be moved and they told us that they did not have any other rooms available. They sent a lovely gentlemen up to see our complaints. He was NOT maintenance just someone who could verify our complaint. We packed our bags and left. We would be hard pressed to stay again

Room was clean but on the smaller side. I did like the laminate hardwood flooring instead of carpeting in the room. Water pressure in the sink was weak and I couldn't get it to warm up. I was only there one night so it was acceptable for my needs. Pet friendly for those who need pet friendly accommodations.

This is a great hotel to spend an overnight. Great staff - very friendly :) The beds were comfortable and the shower/tub had plenty of bars for safety. The room & bathroom had plenty of space - we did request the ADA accessible room. There were also plenty of towels in the bathroom. The lobby had a pool table as well as seating area for breakfast. The breakfast was pretty good and there was coffee available 24/7 in the lobby. We tried to go to Westlake Grill for dinner as suggested on the wall outside the elevators for local dining, but it was closed for vacation the whole week (I guess the staff doesn’t update their suggestions). Therefore, we tried the Italian place in the same ***** mall & it was good. The fitness center was small, but clean. The outdoor pool was small, but also looked pretty clean and there were many people enjoying it with the heat! Unfortunately, I couldn’t find the ice-maker as I was looking before checking out. I also don’t know what they were thinking for news - they had CNN on the TV in the lobby. In the future, please have the location of the ice-maker more noticeable (wall signage to show where it is located), update your dining suggestions so guests don’t go to closed places, & choose a more neutral show for the TV in the lobby (local sports would be a much better choice). Overall, would definitely come back! Thank you for the hospitality!!
