The rooms, beautifully decorated, offered comfort at every turn. Each morning, we enjoyed a breakfast made with loving attention to detail; it was absolutely delicious! We are thankful for a great stay. Steeped in history, the Inn began its life around 1780 as a trading post for travelers. "We had a very enjoyable short day at this hotel we arrived relatively late and check-in was smooth as the hotel was not crowded. There’s of parking nearby. The room was spotless and very large. Typical for a residence in. My only complaint was that that pillows were either very flat very puffy and the air-conditioning is a little bit loud. Breakfast was typical fair for this type of hotel. The staff was friendly checkout was easy. I would return when passing through the area."

"We absolutely loved our three night stay at Steeles Tavern Manor! Whilst in the states we love to try different bed and breakfasts. Sandra is an exceptional innkeeper who keeps her eye not just on the bigger picture, but the important details that make such a difference. She is gifted at hospitality and made us feel my restricted diet was no trouble at all. We took advantage of the local steaks one evening which were delicious. Sandra had made sure we had everything we needed to have a special dinner together. Breakfasts were yummy with a savoury or sweet option to please everybody. Our room was pristinely clean and beautifully decorated. Mattress comfy. I cannot say enough good things about this b and b."
