We are right across the street from the beach with access a few houses over. Lake Lytle is behind us a few blocks across HWY 101 if You like calmer waters for fishing, kayaking, and other water sports. Also, we are just a short walk or car ride from downtown Rockaway. Nehalem Bay and Tillamook Bay are nearby and offer great Salmon fishing, crabbing and other species of fish throughout the year. Game room in garage with ping pong and, tv, and other games. One dog maximum over 1 year old, 100 pet fee plus cleaning if necessary.
Open concept living and dining area seats 8-10 guests comfortably. Entertain yourselves with a Smart TV, 5G wifi, game room and board games.
The fully updated and equipped kitchen boasts new appliances, coffee maker, microwave, and dishwasher. Cupboards are stocked with tasteful place settings, serving pieces, glassware , plus colorful, plastic kid dishes, bowls and cups.
Laundry closet with full size washer & dryer
Oversized deck with gas grill. Front yard with fire pit and chairs.
Ring doorbell camera out front for security

One dog allowed over a year old and flea treated. 2 Dogs on a case by case situation. House trained as well.

Entrance to the neighborhood beach access trail is located 3 houses North from the house. The path opens behind the last house and it’s a straight line to the beach, about a 1 minute stroll. we had no pets the kitchen has plenty of pots and pans and utensils Even had sharp knives, which I have found missing in past rentals

First the positive: We had a lovely time.The seperation of the upstairs living space and the smaller downstairs space with two of the four bedrooms served us well.The upstairs view was beautiful. The open floor plan was such that all of us could hang out in the area and have our own space.There were plenty of linens and towels.Cleanliness: The blinds were dirty and some of them in poor repair. The window sills were dirty. Perhaps a picky comment but the blinds were unevenly pulled up. The bath mats were not clean. Sand was embedded in it.The washer had sand in the bleach dispenser and in the drum. The dryer vent was jam packed with lint.The kitchen island had spills down the side and both drawers had spillage and food crumbs.The chandelier in the stairwell was dust filled.The grill was left filthy.Safety/privacy: There was nothing in the description that mentioned the main living space was accessed only by a steep set of stairs. At the turn of the stairs there is nothing to hold to.The banister at the top of the stairs was not sturdy.One of the metal railing wires on the stairs was broken leaving a large hole into the stairwell.There were no gates available to block the stairs for child safety. We found one gate that was labeled "not for stairs". Location was great! Our family had enough space to spread out yet also feel like we were able to enjoy spending time together as well. We loved our daily walks on the beach and coastal excursions north and south of Rockaway. We would stay again!

Nice stay
Just a few things that I think you should know for cleaning … our beds had no sheets, no towels in bathrooms, the dishwasher was full of dishes, couldn’t find brooms, but noticed them on front porch day we were leaving and although the view is beautiful, it would be nice to have shades, for a couple hours you are blinded lol Other than that it was wonderful

great house in Rockaway Oregon
The house was a good size with 4 bedrooms, two downstairs and two upstairs. The kitchen and family room was nicely designed and well equipped! The house was clean and the owner quickly responded to any questions. All in all - we had a great stay with our extended family!

Fantastic Family Getaway
We had a fantastic time here: 3 nights with two families (kids ages 8-13). We enjoyed the easy parking, easy check-in/access, gorgeous ocean view, well-stocked kitchen, easy beach access, walkable distance to shops, safe and quiet neighbourhood. Beds were comfy, and real cotton linens were a nice surprise (I can't stand the microfiber bedding at most rentals). Everything was clean and matched the listing description and photos. I would definitely rent this property again.
