"I have been going to Mayo Clinic for 10 plus years and always stay at the Towers. To be across the street from the Clinic is ideal and appreciate being able to go back to my room to rest between appointments. To have the lounge that provides meals as well as snacks, water, juices, coffee, tea, sodas and hot cocoa 24/7 is one, out of many things I appreciate while staying there. I have met many people in the lounge and have become dear friends. The Staff are always polite, professional and go far and beyond to accommodate your wants and needs. It truly has become a second home, thanks to them being so friendly, helpful and supportive. There is no place I would rather want to stay especially if you are dealing with medical issues. It really is a special place to stay and love the pool and hot tube on the top floor. Nothing like taking a swim under the stars or watching holiday fireworks from all over Rochester! That is an experience I will never forget."
