Clean, safe and NYC accessible. Friendly, knowledgeable and professional staff. I work nearby and I would stay here again, it was convenient and the morning breakfast was a nice and welcome touch.

The only thing this hotel has going for it is location. Upon check in the room smelled of smoke. Someone came & sprayed. Then the TV did not work. I tried to call the front desk but the phone did not work. I had to go downstairs to the front desk, using the stairs from the 3rd floor because of elevator issues. Someone came to fix the TV because the remote in the room cannot change settings. The phone in the room did not work the entire stay. The odor of smoke lingered the entire time. The hotel was fully booked so there were no other available rooms. There are two elevators but only one works. I later found out it has been broken FOR A YEAR. Taking the stairs was extremely inconvenient but more efficient than waiting for the usually crowded elevator. THEN I was charged TWICE for the room. A credit appears on my Ramada bill but it is not yet reflected on my credit card statement. That's unconscionable. I called the hotel and all I got was excuses for all of the problems I experienced. He was very rude. He told me if I didn't like it, don't come back. I will not. All in all, it was not a great experience.
