We loved this property. The only hiccups were the shower head was not working and the floor board was coming up in the bathroom. Everything else was fantastic and the bed and room were so so comfortable!

Not quite what it could be
Beautiful location. Property was very nice. However, the top sheet on the bed was as scratchy as sand paper and the towels smelled terrible. Towels were not replaced next day. Food at breakfast was exactly the same each morning, meaning the food was more stale each day. A few changes and the place would be excellent.

Sinceramente sono rimasta un po’ delusa… all’esterno stupendo, borgo incantevole e struttura ben curata; della camera si salva solo l’arredamento e il letto comodo. La doccia buttava acqua solo da 3 fori e da tutte le parti tranne che su di me, guarnizioni rotte e penzolanti, asciugamani che non profumavano di pulito, 3 cimici alle tende della finestra.

The most amazing place to stay. So quite. The views are like nothing I’ve seen before. And you must go on the walking trail around and up the property for the ultimate view of Orvieto!!

Peaceful stay
It was so peaceful at the resort. It’s 3 miles outside the city wall and there are 3 taxis in town but if you reserve ahead of time, there are no issues going back and forth. Everyone was so kind and after being in some crazy chaotic touristy areas, it was nice to be somewhere calm. The room was incredible and the bed was so comfortable! Everything was beautiful and would stay again!
