地理位置和環境服務都沒得説，雖説是自主辦理入住，店家的入住指南可謂是相當詳細，全程沒有一點不明白的，特別喜歡這種方式。一家人住在這裏就像住在家裡一樣舒適，設施很齊全，妥妥的海景房，離海邊很近，趕海收穫好多小螃蟹，樓下飯店也挺多。總體很滿意。

看了一堆好評訂的，結果有些失望，服務不到位，沒有人引路，就是拉個微信羣發了些資料，但小區裏房子很難找，另外人多衹有一個門牌，出去分批迴沒牌的進不來，衞生馬桶角落裡是臟的，細節不到位，天這麼熱幾瓶礦泉水都沒有，燒水壺成年老垢實在不敢用，要了半天答應送桶水，大桶沒有引水器，一起搬着倒水，提供的日用品，紙巾質量差，浴巾衹有一套，梳子牙刷吹風機等，700-800百一晚，感覺性價比實在不高

房間真的很大，上下兩層的loft，裝修風格小清新，非常舒適乾淨，各種用品準備得很齊全，尤其孩子趕海用的小桶鏟子、各種玩水玩具，孩子玩得很開心；免費提供了兩個地下車庫停車位，其中一個離單元電梯特別近，特別方便；樓下就是超市，需要的東西都可以買到，早餐訂外賣很方便；離太公島牡蠣公園比較近，離東夷小鎮也近；入住前有工作人員加微信建羣，發入住事項提醒，整個流程很順暢，牆裂推薦
