The hotel is centrally located in the city, so cleanliness is impeccable. The service is excellent, from the receptionist to the housekeeping staff. Small requests, like slippers or soap, were promptly addressed. My family of three booked a twin room and pushed the two beds together, which was perfectly adequate. The hotel offers valet parking. The front desk will ask for your room number, give you a pickup card, and then drive your car away. When you need to use your car, you give the card to the front desk, and they'll bring it to the front desk, which is likely the underground parking lot. The hotel is next to a large shopping mall filled with luxury goods, but these aren't competitively priced in Saudi Arabia, and are even more expensive. The hotel's pool is also quite good, with one large and one small pool. The breakfast is extensive, with many items prepared on site. The fruit selection is also plentiful. Overall, this hotel is highly recommended.
