It’s a very brief stay and our first time to Riyadh. The pricing is definitely on the high side. Can Uber around and staff in the restaurants are super friendly. Hope they will do renovation one day very soon.

The room is quiet and comfortable, very suitable for business trips! Especially the breakfast is very rich, the nuts and fruits are very fresh, and the Sino-Saudi Friendship Park is not far away. It is a good choice for business trips👍

The bedding was clean and the housekeeping was timely. There were many types of breakfast, but they were the same every day. The front desk staff could speak English and we could communicate. However, when booking a room through an agent, there would be a situation where the person had arrived at the front desk but had not registered the information, and the room payment was not transferred to the hotel account when checking out.

Quite satisfied. The hotel is quite new and feels good. However, the check-out speed is average and the front desk is a bit inefficient.

I came on a business trip and booked a hotel not far from the city center. However, when I opened the room, there was a strong Indian-Pakistani Arab odor. At first, I thought it was because the last customer had just left and I just turned on the air conditioner. But it didn't work after half an hour. So I went to the front desk to change the room. The second room was still the same. I didn't want to bother anymore, so I covered myself with the quilt and slept all night. I have never stayed in a hotel so uncomfortable. It's really not worth more than a thousand dollars for this environment and service.

We expected more from the hotel considering that it is a Hyatt. Overpriced. We left before breakfast, which was paid for, and asked for lunch boxes. They put some buns and a banana in them. They were even too lazy to make a sandwich.

The room is clean and tidy. Although it was opened in 2017, it is still relatively new overall. The room is cleaned very quickly. The breakfast is also very rich. It is suitable for Chinese people. It takes about 25 minutes to take a taxi from the airport.
