Das Zimmer war groß und geräumig, aber im Detail renovierungsbedürftig. Die Fugen im Bad undicht, Schimmel in den Ecken. Der Wassehahn war komplett locker. Der Safe kaputt. Bademäntel gab es nur in XL. Das Schwimmbad sehr klein und die Gegenstromanlage defekt. Das Frühstück war mittelmäßig, es gibt keine Omeletts, keine

En arrivant à la réception nous avons été accueilli d'une manière désobligeante avec beaucoup de condescendance à notre égard.
Dans la chambre pas un seul sachet de thé à disposition.
Des meubles dans un état très moyen.
Une insonorisation déplorable où on entendait même les ébats amoureux d'une chambre voisine et les talons de chaussures d'une chambre du dessus.
Et pour finir nous avons été témoin d'une grosse scène de ménage à l'accueil de l'hôtel sans aucune intervention d'un membre de la sécurité de l'hôtel.
Indigne d'un 5 étoiles malgré un cadre magnifique...

I was almost all positive about the stay except for the fragrance dispenser in the lobby and part of the entrance to the rooms. The sellers of these items have no idea to make it comfortable for staff and also guests. This kept me form having dinner in the restaurant. Just a suggestion for the manager look for a distinguished fragrance which is not synthetic and having it dosed as comfortable. Location and stay were good.

Quiet scenic location. Helpful staff. Nice rooms. Excellent breakfast. Who knew blueberry juice was so good? Not as kid friendly as other hotels we normally stay in. Access to pool was expensive and limited for kids.
