The room was large and spacious, but in need of renovation. The joints in the bathroom were leaky, there was mold in the corners. The faucet was completely loose. The safe was broken. Bathrobes were only available in XL. The swimming pool was very small and the counter-current system was broken. The breakfast was mediocre, there were no omelettes, no freshly squeezed juices...

Très joli hôtel parfaitement situé juste en face du lac. La chambre était grande et propre. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

En arrivant à la réception nous avons été accueilli d'une manière désobligeante avec beaucoup de condescendance à notre égard.
Dans la chambre pas un seul sachet de thé à disposition.
Des meubles dans un état très moyen.
Une insonorisation déplorable où on entendait même les ébats amoureux d'une chambre voisine et les talons de chaussures d'une chambre du dessus.
Et pour finir nous avons été témoin d'une grosse scène de ménage à l'accueil de l'hôtel sans aucune intervention d'un membre de la sécurité de l'hôtel.
Indigne d'un 5 étoiles malgré un cadre magnifique...

With our stay we had some issues with our airconditioning in our rooms. I went to an employe named guillaume. I adressed the issue to him and without question he wanted to help. He even upgraded our room! He gave us such a nice room and was so friendly he really made our stay perfect!
The location was amazing and the breakfast was really good!
Once again I want to thank guillaume for an amazing service. I will deffenitly come back!

Great setting and nice environment. Main building, old castle is nice and worth a 5 star. Breakfast has lots of options and is very good.
Room was of good size, bathroom too small overall and small shower and I'm a thin person. There was heavy noise late in the evening because of the stairs next to our room. The spa seems nice on pictures, but it is tiny and windows can use a some cleaning. The hallways in the extension of the castle where the rooms are, can use better finishing or a refresh. It does not meet 5 stars at all.
