Good location about 5 minutes walk from Cardiff Central station. The room is small but big enough for sleeping. Cleaning once every 2 days. Amenity does not have toothpaste set.
On the last day, the cleaning lady took my towel that was drying in the room by mistake. At one point, I wondered what would happen, but he kindly searched for me from among a large number of dry cleaners. Overall, customer service is a good impression.

Abbiamo dormito qui per due notti. La stanza è indubbiamente piccola, ma si è rivelata pulita e non mancava assolutamente niente delle cose essenziali. La proprietà quasi non si è vista, tutto si è svolto tramite cellulare, l'ingresso era previsto con un codice. A little private gem in the heart of Cardiff
Comfortable stay, easy check-in, very kind and helpful front desk personnel and within 5-minute walk to Cardiff Castle, restaurants (Pasture and The Welsh House) and 8-minute walk to Bute Park! Best location, everything within walking distance.

Welcoming and professional helpful staff. I've stayed at a couple of premiere inns and this one was by far the best. Not only was the layout really good and facilities not just rescrited to the rooms but overall design spacious.
