Esperienza molto positiva. Hotel organizzato, molto pulito ed in mezzo alla natura. La posizione è perfetta per chi vuole sciare o fare lunghe camminate. Staff gentile e molto attento anche alle nostre necessità (figlia Celiaca). Sicuramente consigliato.

Wir waren zu zweit 3 Tage im Hotel ROYAL in Reischach und haben uns rundum sehr wohl gefühlt und gut erholt. Das Hotel ist schön gelegen, am Dorfrand, und deshalb sehr ruhig. Das Panorama ist herrlich! Es gibt viele kleine und große Kunstwerke im Haus und im Park, alles sehr geschmackvoll und raffiniert, aber keineswegs überladen. Das Check-in sehr freundlich und überhaupt das Personal. Die Küche abwechslungsreich und delikat, ausgiebiges Frühstück und ebenso der Nachmittags-Snack. Unser Zimmer war sehr geräumig und freundlich und überall war es sehr sauber. Überrascht waren wir auch über das vielseitige Angebot von sportlichen Einrichtungen in Reischach: von einer herrlichen Langlaufpiste inmitten der Anlage, über Golf bis Tennis und vieles mehr. Wir werden das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo Hotel per la prima volta nel mese di dicembre. L'accoglienza è superlativa, le camere bellissime, accoglienti e pulite. C'è un bellissimo centro benessere, con saune,piscina e vasca con idromassaggi. Colazione ricca di ogni ben di dio. Ottimo spuntino pomeridiano. Il tutto si conclude con cene eccellenti con prodotti di qualità. Un peccato rimanere in questo Hotel per poco tempo, come è successo a noi per un imprevisto, per cui siamo partiti prima dei giorni prenotati, e nonostante la nostra partenza improvvisa, la proprietaria è stata gentile e comprensiva nei nostri confronti. Inoltre ancora un ringraziamento per la sorpresa che ci hanno fatto, sapendo che ci avrebbe fatto piacere essere presenti in una loro serata musicale con il maestro Santino. Questa serata sarebbe stata la settimana successiva alla nostra partenza, ma la proprietaria l'ha anticipata per noi, nonostante fosse la prima volta che soggiornavamo in questo Hotel. Wonderful hotel, friendly and kind staff. Excellent food and wine list. The position of the hotel is great, and the ski shuttle bus service works great (3 minutes from the cable car). The pool and spa area are great, as is the children's playroom. The cleanliness in the spacious rooms is impeccable. This was our second stay and we will definitely come back again.

Accoglienza come a casa,stanze bene insonorizzate servizio ristorazione molto curato e camerieri sempre attenti ad esaudire ogni nostra richiesta poi molto rilassante la zona spa ed anche la zona bar nel dopocena. In più la possibilità per i più piccoli avere una stanza a loro dedica per lo svago dopocena.

Wohlfühlatmosphäre! Hier stimmt wirklich alles: Sehr freundlicher Empfang, Aufmerksamkeit in jeder Beziehung, sehr geräumige und komfortable Zimmer, herrliches Essen - sehr abwechslungsreiches Frühstücksbuffet, reichhaltiger Snack am Nachmittag und ausgezeichnetes Auswahlmenü am Abend! Fast rund um die Uhr Verbindung zum sehr nahen Skigebiet mit hoteleigenem Shuttlebus und nach dem Skifahren Erholung im sehr gut ausgerüsteten SPA-Bereich. Da bleibt wahrlich kein Wunsch offen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Hotel eccellente sotto ogni punto di vista. Pulito e accogliente con stanze grandi e confortevoli. Ottima cucina con varie optzioni per le varie portate. Deposito sci e scalda scarponi elettrici. Navetta per raggiungere gli impianti. Tornerò a gennaio.

L hotel si presenta molto pulito e ordinato , ha i suoi anni visto da fuori, ma dentro è rimodernato in stile elegante e sobrio. Giuseppe alla reception è davvero gentile, preparato e sempre disponibile. Bravo florin al bar. La zona piscina è pulitissima e curata anche la spa. Ecco forse forse , per un hotel a 4stelle ci si aspetterebbe qualcosa in più dalla cucina,con questo non voglio dire che nn si mangi bene eh , tipo il break pomeridiano è un po' carente e ripetitivo , all'aperitivo offerto la domenica sera non puoi quasi rifiutare di versarmi in secondo bicchiere di prosecco.ma sono dettagli. Nulla di poi così negativo solo migliorabile . Nel complesso cmq il voto è alto .
