"It's not a hotel, it's a guesthouse. Parking is extremely difficult; the street in front of the hotel is off-limits, making it very hard to find parking. The front desk isn't open 24 hours. Even worse, the front desk is only open from 3 PM to 6 PM—just three hours. After 6 PM, you have to find your own key, and if you don't understand Italian, you're doomed. And they require guests to check out by 10 AM!"

"The rooms are very moist and smells like mould. Very tight stairs and low openings. The owner/host is bad in english and was snappy and stressed out when he met us. Location is also bad, quite a bit up the hill, but only thing to see out the windows are buildings. We had a non-refundable 2 day stay, but we booked another place anyway."

"Me and my husband stayed at Terra Prime Suite for our honeymoon and what an INCREDIBLE experience it was! Veronica makes you feel like a welcome guest from the second you arrive to after you leave! The suite itself is amazing - great AC, an amazing location, beautiful views, has everything you need! But Veronica truly goes above and beyond to make the experience 1000/10 - the breakfast was incredible, the snacks/drinks she stocks in the room came in handy many times, the porter service she provides was much appreciated , her advice on where to go as a local was perfect, and she was even able to make us some reservations! Having her made all the difference in the world! I’d book here again and again!"
