The customer service leaves much to be desired; they're unfriendly and irritated by everything. If they book events, they charge for everything separately, even if you reserve the rooms. If they book with food, they bring it from somewhere else very regularly. The air conditioners don't work or they don't even turn on the cooling function."

Having 3 rooms for checkout, there was a sick person, we requested a 2-hour deadline to deliver that room and they said we had to pay for an additional night. I do not recommend it"
