Nice hotel. Could be a little cleaner. Light switches were dirty and room was dusty. Bathroom had grime built up in spots. However still cleaner then other hotel’s in the area.staff is always pleasant and helpful.

The restaurant has absolutely horrible service. The sign at the hostess stand says seat yourself, so I did. I sat for 20 minutes and was never waited on, not even offered a glass of water. When I approached the bartender and asked for a server I was told I will get to you when I can. Worst customer service I have experienced in a very long time. As far the room, the light was broken in the bathroom and the shower head was also broken. Horrible experience.

This is a very very bad choice unless you prefer a dated moldy room. Enough said. Had a 3 night stay in a moldy room, they refused to switch our room. 8 don't have any faith another room would be better anyway. Way off the beaten path. Room was nonrefundable or we'd have left.

The staff is very good, pleasant and knowledgeable. However the rooms are very much in need of renovation. The bed was probably the hardest I have ever attempted to sleep on. Bathrooms are small and extremely outdated. Furniture old ,scratched and not very functional. Please do something!

I prefer Doubletrees and always make a point to stay at them wherever I travel, and this one was easily the nicest one I've experienced. Extremely clean and modern. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The pool is beautiful and I was very pleased to see the lift chair so that mobility challenged people such as myself may also enjoy a swim. I only have 2 minor criticisms: the water in the shower only got to lukewarm at best, and the parking area is pretty far away, even the handicap spots. I would recommend this hotel and would choose to stay here again.
