Abbiamo prenotato con uno Smartbox per l hotel sorriso, arrivati sul posto,ci hanno fatto accomodare sull hotel davanti. per parcheggiare la macchina ci è stato detto che senza prenotazione non avevano posto... Fortunatamente abbiamo trovato un posto a pagamento su una via parallela.Camera piccola,vecchia ma abbastanza pulita.Letto scomodo.Ci è stato detto che era presente un receptionist,non c era né la sera al nostro ritorno dalla cena...ne la mattina seguente per la colazione... praticamente hotel self service.L unica nota positiva è stata la colazione... variegata,con le torte fresche. Fortunatamente abbiamo trascorso solo una notte. Sconsiglio

Assolutamente non consigliato. State alla larga, non sono per niente affidabili. Ho fatto richieste riguardanti la prenotazione per avere ulteriori informazioni e chiarimenti e, dopo una prima risposta inutile, hanno totalmente smesso di rispondere. Nessuna professionalità e cura nei confronti del cliente pari a zero.

Struttura quasi fatiscente, camera in pessime condizioni, si capisce che è stata ammobiliata solo per avere le tre stelle, TV non funzionante, telefono nel cassetto, asse del water rotto, porta rotoli della carta igienica rotto, o si usa il frigorifero o si usa il phon perché la presa è unica, il bagno è in realtà una doccia e l’acqua esce dal bagno, porta del bagno marcia perché prende l’acqua della doccia…. Devo continuare? Se non fosse per l’ottima posizione, non avrei dato neanche una stella. Davvero pessima struttura.

向かいにあるHotel SORRISOと同一経営のようで、到着時にはSORRISOのreceptionでチェックインでした。係の方は１人でしたがとてもにこやかに接遇してくれました。ビーチまでも近く、人気のGELATOショップ3BISも至近でよかったです。駅からは少し歩きますが、チェックインしてしまえば荷物は問題ないので滞在にはよかったです。
