Clean room at great location. Very friendly and caring staff. Breakfast was great. Excellent value for the money. The hotel is in great destination, there is metro station and a train station very close by, so you can travel to other places like Venice, San Marino, Florence.

A big Merci to Vittoria and the whole team (receptionists, kitchen staff, cleaning ladies) for welcoming us to their lovely hotel. Thank you for your availability, kindness and friendliness. In addition, the service was amazing. Spacious rooms, clean hotel, succulent and homemade breakfast beautifully served. Per il nostro soggiorno a Rimini abbiamo scelto questa struttura molto centrale, vicina a tutti i servizi, a due passi dallo stabilimento balneare. Ci siamo trovati benissimo, la cordialità e simpatia di Iryna, Giulia, Gaetano e tutto lo staff vanno premiate, il servizio impagabile e la disponibilità. La camera ampia, ben disposta, con balcone che si vede il mare, pulizia e organizzazione. Mi è piaciuto il cambio biancheria ogni tre giorni: sostenibilità ambientale. La colazione buona e fresca, con ottimi prodotti di qualità e la gentilezza del ragazzo che prepara i cappuccini rende omaggio alla struttura. Che dire? Continuate così! E spero di tornare presto a Rimini a trovarvi ❤️

Hotel con personale cortese e garbato. Colazione giusta, ma mi hanno chiesto un supplemento di 15€ perché ho preso le tovaglie da bagno tutti i giorni mentre loro cambiano la biancheria ogni 3 giorni.

Direi un ottima sorpresa. Ambiente pulitissimo,personale al top. Alina ha fatto breccia nel cuore di mio figlio piccolo,accogliendoci sempre con un super sorriso. Il guardiano notturno,un uomo simpatico e molto educato. Non posso dare un voto alla colazione perché noi siamo abituati a non farla. Parcheggio comodo e a due passi dalla struttura. Camera piu che giusta,non enorme,ma per una famiglia di 4 persone va piu che bene. Pulizia camere perfetta. La struttura è a pochissimi passi dalle spiagge,attraversando la strada si accede direttamente alle varie spiagge. Sicuramente noi avendo amici qui in zona,sarà tra le nostre scelte per i futuri viaggi. Ottimo punto di appoggio.

Hotel nella media per accoglienza e gentilezza del personale. Gradito il drink di benvenuto visto che si arriva sempre un po’ accaldati. Luoghi comuni ben curati. Stanza piccola ma con un terrazzo molto grande, eravamo all’ ultimo piano. Il balcone era dotato anche di due sdraio. Purtroppo la puzza di fogna c è e si sente. Appena si arriva in camera e è necessario stare con il balcone spalancato. Non ho chiesto il cambio camera perché a quanto pare è un problema diffuso. Non so quale possa essere la causa ma la puzza di fogna si sente anche in giro per il quartiere stesso e anche in altri punti della città. Sono stata diverse volte, in questi posti, ma questa è la prima volta che noto una cosa simile. Buona L idea della colazione al piatto. Giusta la quantità e non male la qualità della versione dolce. Ci tornerei ma solo dopo essermi accertata della risoluzione della puzza di fogna.

Se non fosse per la cordialità delle ragazze in reception avrei dato 1 stella . Abbiamo riscontrato scarsa pulizia nella stanza, dopo la prima notte al 5 piano ci siamo trovati la camera invasa dalla formiche inspiegabilmente, e ci è stata cambiata prontamente con un altra che presentava una scarsa pulizia. Sotto al letto era presente una notevole polvere ed il resto del pavimento era davvero sporco, cosi come le lenzuola avevano capelli ed il bagno stesso era sporco. La colazione era svariata e direi buona, questo fa si che ho dato 2 stelle ma rimane un giudizio complessivamente di basso livello
