The Space: Our unit features two spacious bedrooms and all the comforts of home: Bedroom 1: King-sized bed Two nightstands with drawers Study desk and chair (ideal for remote work) Dressing table with drawers, armchair, and a stylish mirror Bedroom 2: Queen-sized bed Bedside table with drawer Closet with mirrored doors Chair Kitchen: A fully equipped kitchen with everything you need: Brand new cabinetry Microwave Glass cooktop Side-by-side refrigerator Dishwasher Coffee maker Complete set of cookware, utensils, and dishware Living Room: Reclining sofa and armchair Large TV with TV box Round dining table Laundry: In-unit washer and dryer (brand new) Bathroom: Stylish glass-enclosed shower Modern vanity with lighted mirror This unit has been recently renovated and tastefully furnished for your comfort. Guest Access Guests have access to one dedicated parking space, located in the middle of the east side of the driveway. Please park in a way that allows another car to park behind yours and ensure enough space in front for garage access. The driveway is long and spacious. Entry & Security The main entrance is equipped with a smart lock. You’ll receive a unique code via the Verbo app, which ensures only you have access during your stay. This code is reset between guests for added security. Other Things to Note Please note that we have two friendly dogs (a Golden Retriever and a Bichon Frise) who occasionally use the backyard. As a result, backyard access is not available to guests. Kindly take this into consideration when booking.About pets:Pets allowed: dogs less than 50 lbs per pet (limit one pet total).About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:For safety and privacy reasons, the backyard is not available for guest use during your stay.
