Stayed here just one night while in the city of Richland. The staff at the front desk are friendly. Johnny(Manager) is a cool and funny guy. Motel is being renovated so some of the rooms still need a bit of work. Overall experience was great. Room was clean and comfortable. Not noisy. WiFi signal was great and fast. Nice flat screen TV in my room. Mini fridge and microwave. Will stay again.

There are no extras but the room had new everything, was spotlessly clean, and the staff was very friendly. If you are looking for somewhere comfortable to sleep and maybe watch a bit of TV, save $100 over the big chains and stay here.

The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were excellent. I wish I had them at home. The room was quite basic. No counterspace in the bathroom and no magnifying mirror. The room didn't have an iron, so my clothes that I thought I would be able to iron when I got there remained wrinkled from the flight. Light was visible around the entry door and there wasn't a safety mechanism for the door like most rooms. I propped a chair in front of the door. The room was very clean and it appeared to have been recently upgraded. The TV was not hooked up to cable, and I had to plug the cable line in myself which was really odd. I could hear the people next to me when they walked across the faux wood floors. Overall, it was okay but not worth the price I was charged.

This is a cheap motel with a new coat of paint. The walls are thin and the traffic noise considerable. The bed was comfortable. The stairs looked like they might crumble into a pile of rust. The worst part for me was the stink of cleaning products. The lobby and my room reeked of nasty artificial scents.

We would stay there again.
Rooms are newly renovated. Exterior renovation is in process. Beds were new and comfortable. The office closes at nine. Phone number is provided to contact “security” if needed. Stove top, coffee maker and small fridge/freezer in room. No microwave or clock/radio. Nice sized flat screen tv in room. Not sure about available programming, but it was a smart tv with lots of channels. No breakfast. It’s not a Hampton Inn, but at half the price it was nice enough. We will probably stay there again.

The check-in was great. I did have to get my room key redone the next day, as they had me checking out after 1 night instead of the 2 that I booked and had paid for. I didn't feel totally safe, being by myself. The day after I checked out, I received an email from my credit card that the card was used but not present. I looked, and it had been charged $60. I called to ask. They didn't know why I had been charged, but would find out and call me back. The next day, I called back. They then told me it was because of an oil stained sheet! I had no stains! They say they have a picture. Well, it didn't come from my room! I have not seen the picture. They said the manager will call me. That was 2 days ago. Still no call. I think this is a way for them to scam their customers for more money. Watch Your credit cards after you check out!

The room is clean and appears to be recently renovated. However, the sound isolation in the facility is terrible - you hear other guests speaking and walking on squeaky floors above you as if the walls are not even there. There is a constant sound of heavy traffic from George Washington Way, starting very early am and lasting until late pm, so you will need good quality ear plugs to sleep. The air conditioning unit is amongst the noisiest I have experienced out of 100 hotels I stayed in. I simply turned this dreadful contraption off, but I am not sure what I would have done in summer of winter. HVAC units in neighboring rooms appeared to be noisy as well when people tried to turn them on. After a few nights, I could wait to get out of this hotel and will never come back. There are plenty of much better hotels in Richland, and I would strongly recommend not trying to save money and stay elsewhere.
