This historic home built in the late 1800s was one of the finest homes built in the Sevier Valley. Over the years it has been lovingly maintained, and recently renovated and upgraded. Today, it still has original hardwood floors, detailed wood work, and inset windows highlighting its 18 inch thick walls. All furniture is new and each mattress is a new memory foam mattress that will cradle you to sleep. The home was very comfortable. bedding and beds were all great. We had some of our family members come back after my brother‘s funeral service and it was the perfect size with the outdoor seating and inside for my family to sit and have lunch and visit. It ended up being a really great stay. We couldn’t get the icemaker to dispense ice. Maybe we were weren’t doing something right

We loved this place. Plenty of room for the 6 of us and totally enjoyed our stay. Please note some suggestions:Shower floor in downstairs bathroom was extremely slippery. My husband fell in it one evening. He’s okay. Also upstairs bathroom faucet leaks. Please replace kitchen knives with better ones. Hard cut meat. Also add steak knives. Thanks so much for our stay. We will do it again next year

Family fun
Had a great time, plenty of seating in all of the gatherings places. Air conditioning upstairs wasn’t very good, with the fans on it was okay and we were able to open the windows. We stayed in early June and the temp at night was 60s outside.

Friend's reunion for outdoor recreation
Property was older home with updates as listed. Outside, areas needed additional cleaning & trash barrel emptied to enable use. Inside, the refrigerator shelves and storage bins needed cleaning.

Amazing location
Sweet, comfortable home in the heart of Richfield. Hosted family for a university graduation and it couldn't have been better.

Excellent property
Great place for us to stay during state basketball. Clean, great location. Will definitely stay there again.

UTV getaway
This is the second time we have stayed here and both times could not have been better. The house is very clean and was perfect for the four of us. Room for many more two bedrooms were not used. Location was perfect with many of the rides we took leaving right from the house.
I would highly recommend this house.

Beautiful historic house
We loved this cute house so much!! The charm of a historic house with all the upgrades with modern appliances. Very spacious. Clean and inviting. We definitely want to stay here again!!
