I felt played and bamboozled. You get what u pay for. Online it showed breakfast, indoor pool. Both where part of the package. Evan called to confirm if they were available. Guess what they weren't. It was late so just agreed then we were given the wrong key cards. Fixed that then shortly after winding down. The roof kn the bottom floor started gushing water. We were accommodated to another room with two beds and one was held up by books and had to hook up our own Roku to the TV and the Wi-Fi wasn't working.

No breakfast. Dirty. No coffee maker. The room stunk like mildew. The carpet was damp and grimy. The hair dryer was sitting on the vanity - no one had bothered to repair it. The vanity light was broken, the toilet lid was cracked. There was a dead bug on the bathroom floor. The bed was comfortable.

Booked a reservation in February (6 months prior) after buying tickets the same day, pre-sale to a concert at Blossom Music Center. They called me 2 days before the event & said they had a “Glitch in the System” and are canceling my confirmed reservation — made 6 months ago. Basically, they could rent my room for 3 times the price as it got closer to the concert date. Everything around is sold out, what’s left is quite a drive from venue and expensive. NO Assistance in finding another hotel for a walked guest. If you need something RELIABLE, DON’T book there!

Absolute horrible place. It was disgusting, it smelled, the sheets were dirty and all the floors were sticky. Stopped there on a road trip just to sleep. Friends ended up leaving after 3 hours and slept the rest of the night in their car. We managed to make it 5 hours before we had enough. It was terrible. I would not recommend anyone to ever stay here. I travel a good amount and this was by far the worst hotel I’ve ever been in

Clerk at check-in was friendly but tv, microwave and phone didn’t work. Utility furniture was old, showing lots wear and tear. The sink had big crack. Would not stay there again
