I had a wonderful stay at the Ridge Guesthouse. The rooms look good, their food are good, they are close to the malls and the harbor. Their staff are friendly, and it is a clean place to stay. I would recommend someone else to stay at this guest house for sure.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The highlight was definitely the breathtaking views of the bay — especially at sunrise and sunset. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with a large window that made the most of the scenery. One of the best features is the pool area, which also offers stunning views of the bay. It’s a great spot to relax and take in the surroundings. The breakfast, however, was quite basic and didn’t really stand out. It could be improved with more variety and higher quality options.

We booked rooms for ourselves and old friends in South Africa for a reunion while we were overnighting in Richards Bay off a cruise ship. The staff could not have been more helpful meeting our various age-related needs during initial email communications from Australia. On arrival, we found the location to be excellent: quiet elevated location, nice views, close to local shops, eateries and beaches. Staff very friendly, efficient, and eager to help with any concerns. The on-site dining room was only offering a limited menu at the time we were there, but they provided vouchers for our included meals to use at a very nice restaurant next door. Nice swimming pool. The perfect place for a short break..

I was not impressed with your town, but.... The room was great! The food was great! The hospitality of the staff/reception was great! I will definitely make use of your facility again in the future.
