Resort incrível. Estrutura bem legal. Piscinas muito boas. Quarto bem amplo com uma vista linda. Restaurante e bar excelentes. Ambiente bem familiar. Atendimento muito eficiente. Gostaria de agradecer toda a equipe do hotel, mas em especial os srs Gustavo, Ronaldo e João e as sras Luciana e Leilane por toda a atenção e ajuda e pelo carinho de sempre.

O hotel é lindo e confortável, porém tivemos um episódio de destrato racial com meu marido, vindo do atendente Paulo e da atendente Norma do bar da piscina dos fundo(pois lá haviam 2 piscinas) que acavou com nosso brilho no olhar sobre o hotel. Educação e respeito deveria ser algo natural de qualquer local, mas em pauta, um hotel do padrão de Royal deveria ser mais atento e exigente com seus funcionários. Viajo muito para grandes hotéis e nunca havia passado por isso.

Acomodações limpas e organizadas. Atendimento muito cordial e prestativo. Gostamos da sauna e das piscinas, tudo muito limpo. Comida saborosa e bem temperada. Pratos sofisticados. Perfeito para o lazer em familia. Certamente Voltaremos.

O hotel é bonito, limpo r os atendentes super atenciosos! Mas sem preparo nenhum para chuva! Esta chovendo s parar, nao tem como andar no coberto ainda mais com criancas! HotelLotado!sem ligar hoje no cafe da manha !! E o pior, so tem 2 copinhas baby( que so tem micro e pia,ais nada ) que ficam auper longe e na chuva impossível chegar!!! No Quarto o mínimo era ter uma chaleira elétrico Ou um mini micro !!! Falta muito Preparo para situações diversas e com crinca !! Nao recomendo!
