Very bad treatment. The location is far from everything. Taxis are expensive and there is nothing. The hotel is generally chaotic.

Beautifully located property. However, many elements related to maintenance and upkeep were sub par. 1. The first impression of the room was that there was a drainage issue in the bathroom. We quickly left after checking to travel in the city while informing the front desk for it to be fixed. When we returned late evening, the issue persisted and there was still water clogging in the bathroom. It was finally fixed after a second request. 2. The Wifi was interrupted continuously with an initial landing page of pay- for - service which was later clarified by the front desk to be an error. 3. The balcony latch was also broken and we have to get that fixed as well. It seemed like we were there for a hotel inspection and audit rather than vacation 4. We also believe that these issues were of less importance to the staff because we explicitly overheard them talking that we would be checking out the next day (this was on day 2 of the stay).

Wow! Wow! Wow! Thats what we can truly say about Doubletree! Nithesh, Syantika & Shivram the 3 of them really made our stay Great and Wonderful! They deserve the recognition for their service. The night we arrived, we were welcomed by Nithesh at the reception. The check in was quick and Nithesh followed us all the way to our room giving us information on the bfast, facilities, f&b and other details that we needed to know! Great Service, Nithesh! At the cafe during bfast, we were served by Shivram. He made sure we did not miss a thing! Shivram, we were looking out for you over the next few days, but maybe you were on another shift. Great Service, Shivram! Last but not least, Syantika! Although you are a newbie, you did not seem like a newbie at all! Your charm and must-do attitude, awesome! Both my wife and me felt, that your truthfulness in attending to a query that we asked you, and getting an almost immediate response, just speaks a thousand words! I stayed in Room No. 218 at DoubleTree by Hilton, Panaji Goa, and I would like to sincerely appreciate the excellent service provided by Mr. Aijaz Haider. He maintained the room with great care, kept everything clean and well-arranged, and always welcomed us with a pleasant smile. His polite behavior, professionalism, and quick response made our stay more comfortable.
