Wow! Wow! Wow! Thats what we can truly say about Doubletree! Nithesh, Syantika & Shivram the 3 of them really made our stay Great and Wonderful! They deserve the recognition for their service. The night we arrived, we were welcomed by Nithesh at the reception. The check in was quick and Nithesh followed us all the way to our room giving us information on the bfast, facilities, f&b and other details that we needed to know! Great Service, Nithesh! At the cafe during bfast, we were served by Shivram. He made sure we did not miss a thing! Shivram, we were looking out for you over the next few days, but maybe you were on another shift. Great Service, Shivram! Last but not least, Syantika! Although you are a newbie, you did not seem like a newbie at all! Your charm and must-do attitude, awesome! Both my wife and me felt, that your truthfulness in attending to a query that we asked you, and getting an almost immediate response, just speaks a thousand words! Keep up your good work and you will go a long way! Thank you also to the Management and team of Doubletree Goa!

Staff was very kind and welcoming. Our room had a leak and water flooded under the beds when we took a shower. The staff was courteous and gave a different room as soon as possible. The rooms are nice and beds are fantastic. The furnishings in the rooms had some broken doors. The breakfast buffet was great with delicious options. The spa massage services were okay but the pool is great with a brilliant view. The neighborhood is a quite remote, not many food options within walking distance and the roads leading to the hotel are a bit dirty.

I recently spent 4 nights and 5 days at a Hilton property, but my experience was marred by disappointing housekeeping standards. Initially, we were assigneda twin room, but after switching to a king room, we found trash on the floor and a clogged shower drain that caused water to flood the room. Although we received an upgrade, a similar issue recurred when I took a shower in the spa area - again, the drain was clogged. The service was also slow, I had to call 4-5 times to get a scissors to open my suitcase zip lock. It's disheartening to see a reputable brand like Hilton overlook such basic maintenance checks, compromising the guest experience.

Our experience with Hilton was amazing and worthwhile! Staff is courteous and helpful. Breakfast spread is vast and tasty! What we loved about it was the amazing hospitality and the special arrangements they made for our kid. Would love to stay with Hilton again!

This is the best hotel i haven been in the lobby is very beautiful and the staff is very humble and specially Nehal from service is very good and I appreciate his service and all the Hilton staff is very nice and smile full and the swing pool is very nice and we will come again very soon with my business partner

Exceptional service and a wonderful dining experience! Hilton Restaurant went above and beyond to arrange a last-minute dinner for us, and everything was perfect. A special thanks to Nitesh and Utkarsh for their outstanding support in making it happen. The ambiance was elegant, the food was delicious, and the staff were incredibly attentive. A truly memorable evening—highly recommended!
