The service at the bar from Noe was second to none! Friendly and his expertise was excellent! One thing though you need to increase the water pressure in the rooms! Not just my room but all my co-workers said the same in their rooms as well.

Great experience here, first time in VA for a work trip and the staff was amazing. Noe at the restaurant was always attentive and helpful on local food/drinks. Would definitely recommend the Sheraton at Reston to friends and colleagues

I love this hotel, always have a good experience. Jaspal always treats me and my work group with the most respect. Jaspal has made me want to continue booking this hotel for our group events because of his service. I can’t say enough great things about this hotel, the restaurant is great and the rooms are very nice! Will continue to come back here!

I had a terrible experience. After walking in the dark from my car to the hotel I was forced to go back outside alone carrying 3 bags to get my license plate # in order to do a mobile parking app. I felt unsafe going out in the dark alone at 9 pm at night. This is an inconvenience that should have been disclosed. Previously parking was included. I will not stay here again because of the inconvenience and lack of transparency when booking.
