"The hotel's location is quite remote; it's very inconvenient to get around on foot if you don't have a car. Although the hotel is a bit old, the exterior has been renovated. However, you can still spot rust in some small areas. Overall, the facilities are decent, but the cleanliness is a major issue. The room was incredibly dirty. After walking around in slippers for a short while, they were already black. When I wiped the table with a small white towel, it turned black instantly. The faucets were covered in grime; I had no choice but to clean them myself. The breakfast offered was very basic, only bread, cakes, eggs, sausages, and bacon. The bacon was fried so hard it was inedible. There were no appetizing food options, no Thai food, and no noodles. In short, it was okay for sleeping, but everything else left much to be desired!"

My stay at the Ana Anan Resort & Villas Pattaya was truly superb and completely surpassed what I expected! I was impressed from the moment I walked in. **Environment & Facilities:** The hotel's design is exceptional, both minimalist and upscale, making every spot incredibly photogenic. The highlight is definitely the two-tiered pool; the upper level is a stunning infinity pool with amazing views, and the lower level has a super fun water slide that both adults and kids absolutely loved. The hotel has its own private beach area, which was not crowded and very peaceful. Lying there watching the sunset in the evening was absolutely magical. Our room was also incredibly spacious, the bedding was very comfortable, and all the facilities and equipment were brand new. **Service & Dining:** I have to praise the service here! The front desk and doorman staff were all incredibly enthusiastic. They helped us with our luggage, and even processed our check-in early, giving us a free room upgrade. When we entered the room, we found the air conditioning already turned on, which was incredibly thoughtful. The breakfast selection was very rich, with both Thai and Western options, and the taste was fantastic. Waking up early for breakfast each day was a real treat. **Convenience:** Although the location is a bit far from the city center, it's very quiet and perfect for a relaxing, 'lie-flat' vacation. Just a few steps from the entrance, there's a 7-Eleven convenience store, making it easy to buy snacks and drinks."

"I really liked this hotel. The pool had just been renovated (they notified me in advance that there would be some technical work on the day of my arrival). The pool is located between two buildings, so it's mostly shaded, and you can only sunbathe from 2 PM to 4 PM. There are water stations on every floor, so you don't have to search for the nearest 7-Eleven. Housekeeping is good and done throughout the day. There's a drying rack in the closet. As for soundproofing, it's quiet in the hotel unless there are noisy Indian guests. Some rooms face the neighboring condo, while others face the main facade. The white noise from passing mopeds didn't bother my rest at all. The price during the low season was excellent. The ladies at the reception were very sweet 🫰"

"This positive review is solely due to the excellent service from the Trip.com staff. I had high expectations for this hotel, but from check-in to finding our room, we had to drag two large suitcases ourselves. I had previously left a note requesting a high floor and not an end room, as I was traveling with a child. The hotel completely ignored my request, giving us a ground floor end room. My child and I were bitten by mosquitoes, and I had to go to the front desk myself to ask for mosquito repellent, as there was none in the room. Even worse, there's a small fountain on the room's balcony and a huge water feature right outside the room door, making it incredibly noisy. Aside from having three pools that lead directly to the beach, this older resort hotel has outdated facilities. The sink was broken, and the toilet was old. It was just okay."

"I stayed at Cape Dara Resort Hotel Pattaya for 4 days and 3 nights. Every staff member, from the front desk to the restaurant and pool, was incredibly attentive, professional, and polite. The room was spotlessly clean and offered panoramic views of Pattaya Beach and the pool. The environment was clean and quiet, making for a very comfortable vacation. The bathtub in the room faced the beach and sea, providing a peaceful and relaxing soak with a beautiful view. The balcony also offered stunning sea views, perfect for enjoying the ocean breeze. The room was exceptionally clean, the surroundings were serene, and I slept wonderfully at night. The buffet breakfast at the restaurant offered a wide and varied selection, and dining with the beach and sea view was delightful. This resort-style hotel is very spacious, featuring a gym, two pools right by the beach, a spa, and free shuttle services to the city center and Pattaya Beach Road Walking Street. It's incredibly convenient for guests. The hotel's location is excellent, close to the large Terminal 21 shopping mall and many nearby restaurants. I had a very enjoyable stay."

"The hotel is clean and tidy, and the grounds are well-maintained. They even vacuum the bottom of the pool with a special machine every evening. There are slides for kids. The only thing is, there are signs everywhere saying you can't bring your own food and drinks to the pool area. But since we had bungalows with terraces, it wasn't a big deal for us. The kids drank water and soda by the pool and no one said anything. Breakfasts are good – they make eggs fresh for you, and there's a station with chicken soup and noodles, which are delicious. We booked two bungalows, one for my husband and me, and one for our two teenage daughters. The girls' bungalow had a door separating the main room from the large bathroom, but ours didn't – though if you're a long-married couple, it's not a big deal... There's a TV with YouTube, a good mattress and excellent pillows, crisp fresh linens. The rooms are clean and cozy, the air conditioning works well, there's varied lighting in the room, and the curtains block out light effectively – everything is comfortable. Pool towels are handed out at the bar shack in the middle of the pool area; you just need to sign in a logbook. There are squirrels, lots of different insects, and lizards on the property. In the pool bathroom, they have cut white cotton for drying hands, which is a nice touch. Just be aware that rooms don't come with toothbrushes, toothpaste, shaving kits, or bathrobes. They do provide rubber slippers for the pool and white ones for the room, as well as umbrellas and a safe. We went to breakfast at 9:30 AM and there were no empty dishes where food had run out – that's excellent. In the evenings, the lanterns around the property are lit and it's very beautiful. Overall, a very good impression! It's a bit far from the sea, but tolerable."

"This stay was unfortunately more tiring than expected, as several issues arose throughout our time here, and the hotel's handling of these problems wasn't as impressive as it should have been. This made our vacation less smooth than we had hoped. However, I would like to commend the Front Office staff, who were friendly, polite, and tried their best to help. In contrast, the service from some other staff members, especially at the bar, was less satisfactory, both in terms of communication and service. After checking out, the hotel contacted us regarding the issues."
