The apartment is modern and comfortably furnished and offers barrier-free access and appropriate equipment for people with disabilities.
The 2-room first floor apartment offers you a spacious hallway upon entering. The bright and friendly living area is designed to facilitate movement and is equipped with a TV, radio and free WiFi. From the living room, you have direct access to the sunny terrace.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, oven and microwave as well as crockery and cooking utensils.
In the bright bathroom, you can enjoy plenty of freedom of movement with a large shower.
The bedroom offers enough space to comfortably set up a baby crib. The double bed has adjustable slatted frames.
A sliding door from the bedroom leads to the separate children's bedroom. Here you will find a bunk double bed.

Praktische Wohnung in guter Lage
Wir waren als Ehepaar eine Woche in der Wohnung. Soweit alles gut (Lage, Beschreibung, Einrichtung). Kleinere Abstriche, die von anderen Gästen tlw. bereits genannt worden sind:- Sauberkeit der Terrasse (Stühle nicht sauber, Aschenbecher mit Zigarettenkippe, Boden leicht verdreckt)- Duschvorhang nicht ganz sauber- WLAN mässig - Das das zweite Schlafzimmer kein echter eigener Raum ist, ist aus der Wohnungsbeschreibung und den Bildern nicht erkennbar.

Schöne Wohnung mit Nachteilen, die man kennen sollte.
Die Wohnung ist schön geschnitten und gut ausgestattet. Es gab aber auch einige Mängel. So funktionierte während unseres Aufenthaltes das WLAN erst gar nicht, ab dem 4. Tag mit großen Einschränkungen. Vermieter und Verwalter haben sich nur sehr zurückhaltend um eine Problemlösung gekümmert. Wer mobil arbeiten möchte, ist hier falsch. Wichtig zu wissen sind außerdem:Das Kinderzimmer ist sehr klein. Dort passt wirklich nur das Etagenbett hinein. Weitere Ablagen sind nicht möglich. Der Zugang erfolgt über das Elternschlafzimmer. Die Tür des Kinderzimmers ist eine Schiebetür, die nicht vollständig schließt. Licht und Geräusche gehen durch. Das Bett im Kinderschlafzimmer steht an der Wand zum Wohnzimmer direkt beim TV-Gerät. Der Ton ist im Kinderschlafzimmer deutlich hörbar.Das Elternschlafzimmer ist auch hellhörig. Man hört die Laufgeräusche aus der Wohnung darüber. Noch schlimmer ist aber, dass man aus der darüberliegenden Wohnung die Klospülung inkl. Toilettengeräusche sehr deutlich hört. Die Wohnung hat eine Terrasse. Was man auf den Fotos nicht gut erkennen kann, darüber ist ein recht großer und massiver Balkon. Dieser schluckt natürlich viel Licht. Schlimmer ist aber, dass in der Unterkonstruktion viele Vögel wohnen. Und diese sind nicht gerade scheu. Das bedeutet, dass auf der Terrasse und auch vor der Nebeneingangstür ständig alles voller Vogelkot ist. Wir waren im April da. Auch da war alles schmutzig. Im Sommer wird es bestimmt noch erheblich schlimmer sein.

Lage ist gut. Alles was wichtig ist für den Urlauber befindet sich in der nahen Umgebung.

Wohnung Erdgeschoss
Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und groß.Prima für Familien mit Kindern und Behinderte. Bei uns trifft zwar weder das eine noch das andere zu aber das tut der Sache keinen Abbruch.
Zwei kleine Anmerkungen :
Das w-lan müsste in dieser Wohnung verbessert werden das Internet selber war ok! Das Bad respektive die Dusche müsste jetzt mal einen Service bekommen!
Das wäre aber leicht machbar.
Ps. Die Lage des Hauses war optimal und wir würden wieder kommen!

Schöne Wohnung perfekt für Familien mit Kindern
Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in der Ferienwohnung. Die Kinder konnten direkt über die Terrasse in den Garten mit Spielgeräten. Durch die anderen Familien im Haus war auch immer jemand zum Spielen da. Die Terrasse war durch die Bewachsung aber so vom Garten abgetrennt, dass man trotzdem für sich war und durch den Balkon darüber auch mal bei einem Schauer draußen sitzen bleiben konnte.

Schöne Wohnung, super gelegen!
Es war alles wunderbar: Die Wohnung war sauber und super ausgestattet. Toll für Familien mit Kindern ist der direkte Zugang zum Garten, den wir die meiste Zeit ganz für uns hatten! Die Lage der Wohnung ist auch sehr gut: man ist in 5 Minuten beim Wasser und hat Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Fahrradverleih und auch Restaurants ganz in der Nähe.
