There is no better location in Rennes! Hotel is also very new, great rooftop if weather is fine enough you must go there. Also great for a drink or lunch downstairs with terrace.

Superb hotel in a very good location. Restaurant with a beautiful view, copious and really good dishes. A small downside on the service but it's the beginning, it has to be put in place.

3 days stayed there, no cleaning lady came by! Reservation for a family of 4 who only have 2 towels. Tiny room, tiny pool and by appointment only. For 1 hour max. hygiene products provided but the quantities are really tiny: 2 toilet papers for 4 people for 3 days, just no 😁. Obliged to ask for toilet paper upon receipt. What a shame for a hotel like that. The city isn't even very secure. You don't know the region like me. I advise you to take a hotel near Saint-Malo.
