驚艷選擇！
天台空氣雅座觀景陽元山背面。
大堂和3樓的公共空間相當寬敞又有座位
房間裝修風格時尚簡約大方是新時代流行的
酒店定位錯的，在陽元山票站門口停車場賣特產店鋪旁邊的巷子進去50米。
前台沒人的話自助或打電話搖人，民宿都這種風格可以理解。

避雷預警！
原本下午2點入住，但是實際上讓我們等到了4點才搞好了衞生，而且衞生堪憂。床單被套上有紅色，黃色不明殘留，房間裏面有大蜘蛛，壁虎。床也睡的不舒服，轉個身牀板嘎吱嘎吱，開個門嘎吱嘎吱，隔音也超差，樓上腳步聲都聽的一清二楚。
服務基本為零，老闆太忙了，經常看不見人影，對面的聚福軒也是他家的，推薦我們去他家吃飯，雖然菜品給打九折，但是又貴又難吃，上菜還慢。
不給延遲退房，房間裏面也沒有瓶裝水，200塊錢的房費，説實話還不如去住酒店，斷石村這邊都是民房改的民宿，如果想睡得好還是建議住別的地方。

老闆非常熱情，環境也很不錯，大廳有桌球🎱打，免費，外面還有一個很長的茶桌，可以容納10多個人一個喝茶吹牛。房間也很滿意，2個1.5米的床，一家四口可以睡的很舒服。老闆家的飯菜也很好吃，還給我們打折了，特別是那個釀豆腐，特別好吃。上山遊玩的路線也給我們講的很清晰，感謝老闆

房間環境真的是不太好，雖然價格算是便宜，但是房間環境真的有點兒不能接受。房間暗，紙巾沐浴露有點兒不夠用，被子那麼大熱天像是沒太乾，蓋在身上黏糊糊的，床一股黴味，經常外邊遊玩住宿，一般都給好評，但是，這個實在是…相比於前一天晚上住的恩閣鑫差太多了，價格也確實是便宜些，實在是答應不了給高分

老闆人美心善嘴甜～丹霞山爬山或者放鬆都行，裏面出行很方便，老闆家的菜強烈推薦鮮菇炒牛肉太太太好吃啦，爬了一天吃一口都回神了，茶水也搭配的很好。
房間特別好呀，比圖片上看着還亮敞乾淨，床品選的也很好，看到有人提到床偏硬，但是大家爬完山 這個硬度才是對的，不然第二天會更難受，如果有朋友來會推薦這家～我下次來還來這。

民宿位置很好找，老闆娘人很好，到店會先細緻講解兩座山行程怎麼走，一樓休閑區域可以看書打桌球很奈斯啊☺️房間大環境好，三樓陽台可以看到丹霞山景色，民宿外面有好多多肉，長勢喜人，自駕遊民宿門口還可以免費停車，在老闆娘店吃飯還可以打九折，有朋友遊玩真心推薦，性價比高😊
