Rehoboth Guest House - Adults Only

The breakfast is awesome. The location is great, very walkable to many restaurants and the beach, yet still on a fairly quiet street. The staff is welcoming and helpful. Everything was clean and working. The rooms are on the small side, but there are several reading nooks inside and out to allow guests to spread out. We've stayed there twice now, enjoyed both visits, and hope to be back again.

LOVED this place! We went for our anniversary and the B&B is gorgeous, in an excellent location, walking distance from beach & boardwalk, the place is spotless with a friendly staff and delicious & HUGE breakfast!

If you're heading to Rehoboth Beach and need a place to stay, I highly recommend staying at the Rehoboth Guesthouse! I've been going to this beach for years and this is by far my favorite place to stay and won't go anywhere else again. The owners Garrett and Frank, have a beautiful place, and attention to many details. He and the staff are friendly, and welcoming, provide a phenomenal breakfast, and a well stock "cafe" of sort 24/7 with coffee and teas, ice, and just about everything need for entertaining. The house itself is beautiful, clean and pristine, comfy rooms and lovely grounds and courtyard and a sunning deck. The other guest are always friendly. It's always a great time there. Garrett takes great pleasure with the decorating. We were there for the Sea Witch Festival in Rehoboth Beach and the place just adds to the trip. And can't forget about the baked chocolate chip cookies all day.

This was our second stay. We booked a room with a private bathroom both times. The property and home are meticulously maintained. It’s conveniently-located close to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. The staff is friendly and breakfast is great (lots of options). There are usually cookies in the main living area. Since our visit in 2024, they changed furnishings in the main common area and the enclosed back porch. The porch and common areas were decked out for Halloween. The staff are friendly and helpful. They care about your stay. The weather was great this time, but it rained last time we stayed, and the enclosed back porch was a good hang out spot between dodging rain storms. Recommended for a great stay in Rehoboth.

Lovely hospitality. Meticulously clean. Very comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast - wonderful egg cups and baked goods. Wonderful conversations with the other guests.

This place was highly recommended by a few friends based on their prior experience and stay. It was my first B&B stay EVER and I was very impressed with the whole place. Location: very close to most of the places we usually go to...from restaurants, bars, and other venues. Very walkable. Room: we selected a great room that was located in the back of the house. The entrance was surrounded by a cozy lounging area with perfect mood lighting at night. AC is available within that area in case the weather gets too hot and humid. Bathroom: Small, but ample for what we needed. There was another shared bathroom available not too far from our room. It was a bit bigger, but great to have as an option. Breakfast: compliments to the chef! The selection was plentiful and delicious. Instead of scrambled or sunny-side eggs, they cooked up egg soufflés, which was packed full of flavor. They had sausage links, bacon, fruit, cereal, yogurt and many more to fulfill your breakfast taste buds. This was a highlight of the trip for sure. Amenities: They had a great kitchenette on the first floor where guests can get drip coffee, keurig coffee, hot tea, hot cocoa, and water. They had plenty of glassware available if you wanted to create your own alcoholic libations (BYOB of course). Since our room was tucked away from other rooms, we had no issues with noise level. However, the AC in our room was pretty loud, but we were provided with 1 pair of ear plugs, which helped. Pricing: Compared to other locations, the room rates are reasonable. The entire place is kept clean and very presentable. They provided top notch pricing from the time we checked in until we checked out. This guest house will surely be my go-to place for future Rehoboth trips. As a part-time travel advisor, I will definitely recommend this place for any clients looking for Rehoboth accommodations.
