Clean room. Great customer service. Amenities, very nice stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel when traveling through Central Oregon. It's close to town and 15 minutes from Bend. Airport is 5 minutes away. Discounts at local restaurants, free breakfast included.

Stay somewhere else unless you’re traveling with pets and don’t have a choice. Old, run down and smelly. Staff were very nice thank goodness.

We went last minute and were so happy with our stay. We only booked a single but again last min plans changed and needed a double. Stephanie at the front desk treated us like family and was so kind and helpful. She really made our stay perfect! Thank you so much Stephanie for showing my family what true service is : )

Made a reservation back in November for last night. At the time of check in the clerk said there was no rooms that they overbooked the entire hotel due to local events. If it wasn't for someone not showing from one of the these events this rating would have been bad and my group of four would not have had a room. The hotel and rooms were very clean. The staff was very nice and very friendly. Parking lot filled up fast.

This is the cleanest motel we have stayed at in years! Amanda has done a great job taking care of the rooms she’s responsible for. The entire staff with whom we interacted were friendly and helpful. My nephew recommended this motel, saying he’d been pleased with it. We were too!

Stephanie at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. She made me feel very welcome and comfortable. She was accommodating about breakfast since I had a very early flight the next morning. I enjoyed my stay at Super 8, and will be back next time I’m in town. Thank you for everything, Stephanie!

Great friendly staff. Stephanie was great when we arrived! Helpful and informative! The place was clean and conveniently close to restaurants. Rooms were clean and plenty of parking. Large indoor pool. We were given great advice for the neighbouring amenities
