Poor management, would provide a room that was paid for in advance on the TRIP app. Avoid this place you get what you pay for.

We stayed for a business trip and the rooms were horrible. Toilet not working for 3 days and no hot water. Coffee was horrible basically just hot water. Should not be charging this much for rooms that don’t function.

Gross Bed bugs and roaches. Swithced rooms and it still had roaches. Front desk let themselves into my room without knocking. Absolutely the worst super 8nive ever stayed in.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Upon arrival into the hotel room, we were greeted with the strong smell of must & mildew. The first thought was, potential bed bugs… we lifted the corners of the sheets & mattresses off of the box spring, and found bed bug dung. After looking around further, there was multiple bed bugs crawling around. We notified staff and she apologized for the inconvenience and that farmers were staying in these rooms prior. She did put us into another room, and that room was a little better for the sole fact that we found one bed bug instead of multiple. Out of the 3 rooms we rented, all three smelled musty and some had bed bugs. One star for the polite staff after we told them about the situation.

Good stay. Good stay, nothing out of the ordinary, room was a mini suite styled room. Queen bed and a sofa. Bed and Tommy itself was clean, the sofa could use a steam cleaning. Very worn and not ideal. Other than that everything else was in great working order.

So only motel in this town, really needs updating, especially carpet, ceiling tile in bathrooms stained. Staff were very friendly. Not sure if sheets were clean as we discovered in AM blood spot on one bed sheet, which we knew was not ours. For the price charged for this room, up grades need to be done.
