I stopped here for one night on my way to Seattle. It's close to the highway entrance and the location is convenient. The hotel is relatively new and apartment-style. The room has a refrigerator, microwave, bowls, plates, etc. The only problem is that the air conditioner is too loud and a bit noisy.

The hotel is very new and has just been renovated. The rooms are spacious and clean. Very warm and the price is reasonable. It is very suitable for family travel. It is the first choice for accommodation when visiting Redding or Lassen Volcanic Park.

Booked a stay at this hotel. We thought it would be nice, since it is a newer hotel in the area; however, the place was not nice at all. The hotel staff was friendly, but that is where its pleasantness ended. The room was not cleaned very well before checkin. There was lotion on the furniture from the previous booking. The shower was not cleaned very well and there was a greasy handprint on the back of the bathroom door. It was clear that the floor was not vacuumed. When the air conditioner was not actively cooling, a terrible smell filled the room. The bed was unacceptably hard. Sleeping on the ground would have been softer. If I or my significant other moved even slightly the entire bed would rock back and forth. It seemed that the frame was not well made. I would not recommend staying at this hotel.

We had an excellent one-night stay here, thanks in part to Ashley's outstanding service at the front desk (really can't say enough good things about her!), as well as the very clean, spacious and comfortable studio suite. We'd been driving for hours with two cats -- not the best travelers -- and this was a very comfortable place for all of us to regroup. We didn't stay long enough to take full advantage of the kitchen, but it was very well-equipped. Others noted highway noise but we did not hear much of it on our fourth floor room, close to the end of the hallway. We found the pillows a little challenging, so if you're particular about that, you may want to bring your own for maximum comfort.
