Do NOT recommend staying here. Our room was dirty, smelled moldy, and had COCKROACHES coming out of the bathroom. They wouldn’t even agree to provide a discount because of this. Horrible customer service.

I want to thank Becca for being very accommodating during my stay—she did her best to assist with switching my room and ultimately processing a cancellation. Unfortunately, the condition of the hotel itself was unacceptable. The first room had a non-functional air conditioning unit and a strong smell of mold. The second room was no better—the floors were heavily stained and looked like something out of a one-star motel. Even after housekeeping attempted to clean them, it didn’t make much difference. The final straw was discovering a cockroach while retrieving the ice bucket. This experience was deeply disappointing, especially from a hotel operating under the Best Western name. I’ve stayed at many Best Westerns over the years without issue, but this particular property does not meet the standards I’ve come to expect. The cleanliness of the floors—in the room, hallways, and common areas—was appalling and should be addressed immediately.

This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The moment I walked in, I was greeted by a front desk lady with the attitude of someone who hates their job and everyone who walks through the door. Not only was she rude, but completely unhelpful. The room? Disgusting. The bedsheets looked like they hadn’t been changed in weeks — stained, musty, and just straight-up nasty. There were bugs in the bed. Literal bugs. The carpet was grimy, probably hasn’t been shampooed since the 90s. Holes in the walls, random shady people hanging around the halls, and a pool that smelled like a mix of chemicals and mildew. The gym was a joke — broken equipment, no towels, and zero upkeep. I wouldn’t let my worst enemy stay here. Spend your money elsewhere unless you enjoy feeling like you need a tetanus shot after checking in.

Nice property with decent rooms. Beds were ok for one night, but not great. Continental breakfast was a little lacking in options, but we made do. The satellite tv and WiFi were both hit and miss, but not terribly so. Overall, ok for one night.
