這家酒店的設施非常老舊，室內地毯污漬嚴重，沙發完全不敢坐，擔心會蟎蟲過敏，廁所也是一言難盡，馬桶和洗手枱附近都看到黑色的小蟲子，淋浴需要站在老舊的浴缸中，很滑很危險；
前台遇到一個黑髮的女工作人員，服務態度非常差，在詢問其為什麼我預訂時留言希望給我一間安靜的房間，但是分到的是正對馬路的房間，噪音很大時，她的態度很沖，直接説你沒有寫這個要求所以我們沒有安排安靜的房間，在我拿出訂單留言後，説因為你是第三方預訂，我們沒有收到這個留言，在我詢問是否可以更換房間時，她就一副很不耐煩的口氣説今天已經滿了，我們沒有什麼可以為你做的，我還需要服務其他客人，請你明天再來詢問是否可以更換房間，在我詢問明天幾點來詢問比較合適的時候，她直接很生氣很不耐煩地説我無法保證什麼時間來詢問是合適的，你得明天抽時間過來問，我已經説過了，我需要服務其他客人。事實上，我後面衹有一個白人客人，他本來在我前面，但是他的問題沒有處理好，又返回來找前台，當時我倆對視一眼，他也一副對前台這種態度很無語的表情。
而且在我老公停車時，我還觀察到，她們（對，不止是這個很粗魯的前台）還把至少兩户中國人家庭，安排在一樓靠進電梯的地方，後面進來的美國客人不是這個待遇。估計是覺得反正都是沿着51號公路旅行的外國人，而且他們互相也都是單獨辦理的，不清楚對方被安排到哪個房間，就算不滿意也衹有很小几率會用Google評價他們的行為，所以無所顧忌。強烈建議大家務必避雷這家酒店。後續我換到喜來登孫橋酒店，各方面都好多了，不要省那一點點錢，讓自己遭罪。

Nice place to stop and stay after a long day of driving. Average size rooms, clean. Friendly staff. Coffee machine, microwave, refrigerator. Reasonably priced. Safe atmosphere.

Check your charges when leaving.
The restaurant and bar were much appreciated after a long road trip. Only problem, we paid for our food and bar bill by credit card and it was charged a second time to our room. I brought it to the attention of the girl at check out and she verified we had paid and removed the charge from our room charge. It all ended well.

A lot of money for not much. No “free” breakfast. Two bottled waters in room $2.50 unless you were a gold, silver or platinum member. What were we? Didn’t know so asked at check-out. “Blue, but you could have had the water”. Who knew. Coffee station offered limited hours in the morning and no cold water station. Asked at check-in if counter person would fill our water bottle (had seen the other counter person fill precious customer’s water bottle). Instead, I was directed to the water fountain or “Ask the restaurant to fill it”. So I did and the waitress was very kind. Not the counter person. Not a warm welcome even without water bottle issue. No info in room about restaurant and we were very tired, just needed to lie down. Went down to purchase breakfast at 10:15 AM the next morning. “Sorry, we closed at 10.” We were probably told that but a posted notice on paper placed on desk would have been helpful. Not the warmest welcome.

The refridgerator keeps making random noises and i keep waking up. I dont want to go down to the office and ask to move to a diff room because it will be too much work.

The bedding was shabby and I iched all over until I aprayed with hand disinfectant. I have been in old hotels but tgey were cleaned! Everytime I turned the dust from the cover was hard to bear. They had construction on the hallways but why let guests stay if thr dust was not managed?

Nice quiet clean room, well appointed with river view. Parking right by front door. Convenient cafe area with fair variety on menu. We had fish tacos. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Reasonable price for this place. Would definitely say again,
