Come relax into nature with water surrounding. while still close to down town! This private 1BR apartment is great for the garden yard, access to Whiskeytown lake & walking trail on the Sacramento River. It's 10 min drive to Whiskeytown beaches and hiking. One mile to coffee shops and downtown Redding & a quick walk to the Sacramento River trail. It is also 10 min drive to Bethel Church (excellent place to stay for conferences or visiting students). Fully stocked kitchen, comfortable bed. Mini-split heat and AC. Off street driveway parking. ** Just so you have ALL the info… i do live upstairs with housemates. Quiet hours are 11pm-8am. However, noise travels quite well so steps above will be heard. :) We really try to be conscientious though. :) From July 20-August 14, 2023 I will be hosting you remotely & will have other guests staying in my home.About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 10:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:No Candles or burning of anything..About checkIn:Check in after 4:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 19.About events:No events allowed.

Our 2nd stay here in less than 45 days…this time for 10 days. The lower exposed level with an outside covered patio and multitiered garden is excellent for beating the heat and escaping the hustle of Redding. Our host was extremely helpful, responded rapidly to any inquiries/questions via messaging and has been very welcoming for both of our stays. For the going rate of any decent/clean hotel in Redding this is a bargain and the vibe is good for your soul. Even had a yoga mat for some morning stretches before another busy day. Namaste

Quiet garden setting
We had everything we needed to enjoy our stay in Redding. We especially enjoyed relaxing in the Adirondack chairs on the shaded patio overlooking a beautiful terraced garden in the evenings after busy days exploring the area. Everything was super clean and the owner was easy to communicate with and very friendly. The beds were cozy. We could walk to the Sacramento River Trail from the house which we enjoyed.

The place is great, you'll enjoy the wall of windows that open out into the back yard space with a lovely view of the trees.
