Redvue Luxury Apartments

Place is within walking distance to all restaurants and the beach. Booking process needs to be looked at as I had to wait 30 minutes for someone to respond to my call after I was given a wrong Pin to access the key. I found it a bit weird that the microwave and fridge were in the bathroom but its minor and i could live it that.

Peaceful quiet can not fault location to shops and rsl. Room was clean and fresh. The atmosphere was good and the value for money was fair Great managers only 1 issue is parking and carports aren't clearly belled to what unit you are in if you are in an A unit

We booked penthouse 81 with rooftop spa and a few days later they called us and said we were being moved as the owners wanted the room. They told us the new room was more modern and nicer. My partner asked if there was still a hot tub spa and they said yes there is a spa on the deck. So we checked in only to find that the spa has been removed and covered over with tarp. We contacted the reception and they did not care and only stated we could get our money back if we wanted to book at the hotel down the road. At 4:30pm on a Friday afternoon there was no chance of that! They also said the room we originally booked doesn’t have a spa either as they are having two many issues with them - yet they are still advertising the rooms as having them. The apartment was also dusty and dirty. The toilet and bathroom were not remotely clean. We had to wash cutlery and plates before use as they were greasy. The TV in one of the rooms did not work. Our balcony door was jammed and unable to open. Could not get through to reception as they were unavailable on the weekend. Very poor condition even without the issue of the non-existent spa. False advertising and dismissive staff. Would not go back.

Smallish room but only a short stay so did not really need any great kitchen area great comfy bed. Excellent location and was able to check in early

This was our 3rd stay at Redvue and we couldn’t be more happier. Highly recommend this property for all stays. One of our favourite places to come to.
