Only one complaint I couldn’t ring the hotel before hand the phone never seems to be answered even though there is someone there 24 hours , maybe if there was a messaging service that would be really useful"

"Took me 25 days to get my deposit back and has to go back to them and complain them . I have to contact my bank and bank said that there is no refund . Nearly have me to go to police . Very bad service. Whenever phone to reception , always asked to wait . Imagine if you have go back to your home country . It looks like fraud thing . They don’t accept deposit in cash as well ."

"I stayed in room 302 in March 2026 for 1 night. I chose this hotel because I stayed there before and I was very impressed. This time I was given the same room again, I liked the room. It has a large comfy bed and a nice clean bathroom. The breakfast was really good as I like vegetables and they do great omelettes and fresh vegetables. The reception staff are very kind and helpful during my visit and remembered me from the last time I stayed. The hotel is in very easy access to the underground. On this visit the Elizabeth line was closed and I had to get a bus to agents Hill. This was very easy. There are plenty of places to eat around the hotel including an all you can eat from £11.99. I always have a good Stay at this hotel. There is a kettle with plenty of T and coffee. Some people staying on my floor were very noisy but that was all I can criticise really as it wasn’t the hotels fault. Very kind staff. There is a decent TV in the room and plenty of towels. During this trip and overnight stay I visited the Ramses exhibition at Battersea and images are included in this feedback. A good hotel to stay in that’s great value just outside central London about 20 mins on train."

"It’s more spacious than the other 2-person bedroom we booked for our sons. It’s corner room. A bit pricier but it’s good for families with young kids. Love that the bathroom is at the other end of the room with extra exit space. Do visit the Titanic cafe - we went there bacause of good reviews. About 10 mins walk. A few shops before the Titanic cafe is a vintage-looking cafe/pub which serves cheap English breakfast offering free-flow hot drinks for and extra £1 plus. This opens on the dot at 8 am whereas the Titanic opens earlier."

"Booked a room with a window, in reality it’s a skylight. They only provide one towel in the room, however the reception man was very friendly and helpful and brought extra to the room. Cannot fault the staff the rooms are amazing for the price only downside is lack of towels in room and the mould round the shower, however I would stays here again"
