Clean and quiet rooms! Very beautiful property! Clean bathrooms and clean pools! I will recommend this hotel if your traveling to Red Wing!

Room musty smell and also found soda bottle under bed. Television did not work. Older motel. Pricing was high for what you get.

This Hotel should not be in Business ANYMORE!!! Rooms are Busted up, Dirty, Smells Terrible, Linens are Filthy, AC Cover OFF and DOESN'T WORK!! (Manager Blamed it on being Hot and Humid Outside 🤬) One of our rooms shower didn't work and we got a Whole $20.00 Discount off of $180.00. WOW!!! Sad to say, the list can go on. The ownership of this hotel are ONLY in it for the Money and NOT Customer Comfort. They are putting Super 8's name in the Gutter!!! Second night of our Adventures. We had Reservations at the Shokapee Super 8. Was VERY Scared that we were going to have the same experience. WOW!!! 💯 Difference. They are taking Pride in their Establishment. Not disappointed in the Super 8 at Shokapee 😃 Definitely Recommend!!!

It smells bad, it's dirty in hallways and rooms. Made the mistake of peeling back sheets to check for bedbugs, mattresses filthy, stained and disgusting. The while facility is run down and gross.

The worlds smallest bath, exterior deferred maintenance, slow drains, no smoke detector, staff friendly and reasonably clean, but grossly overpriced.

This hotel needs a lot of upgrades!
Woman at the front desk during check out was inattentive. Not friendly at all. Room and hallway smells very bad. No carpet in the room so not sure where the smell comes from.

Not super at super 8
Well let’s start by saying the staff were amazing however it was a weird lobby area not in center of hotel off to the side. I only saw one dolly cart luckily I had my wagon I use for softball gear . The smell was not pleasant. I bought car freshener and put in air conditioner to help with smell. There were only two towels in bathroom even though there was three of us . I did go ask for another towel and got one. The smoke alarm went off in our room by us Taking a shower. Our bathroom door did not shut .
The pool area was not vented and only 6 chairs for parents to sit in with several softball teams staying there not good, the door to the outside of pool area has no door handle so there was a big hole maybe that was the ventilation for pool area ? Again staff was great

The room was clean. The beds were a comfy. We stayed during the week and had the pool was nice and clean and warm as well hot tub. The jets on the hot tub 1 was out but it was still comfortable for relaxing and enjoying an adult beverage! The breakfast was really good. Sasuge, omelets with lots of options . We have stayed here before and have always been satisfied. Very reasonable pricing. Room was nice and Spotless clean.
