This is a wonderful hotel, very clean and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable. The location is a bit outside of downtown but is within walking distance if you like to walk. The cabins look nice with outdoor sitting areas. I would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely loved our stay. We had a king cabin and it was amazing. It was very clean, friendly, comfortable and we had everything we needed. We hated to leave. We should have stayed longer. We will be back

Clean and well kept. We stayed in the inn but would have liked the cabins which were sold out. Close enough to town to walk anywhere.

Good clean rooms on the south side of Red Lodge. Good size rooms. There is an indoor pool and whirlpool. Down town is half a mile away. Price is a bit high probably due to high tourist visitation.

The host was very friendly. The breakfast, even though it was not a hot breakfast, had many items to choose from and was very well stocked. The bed was average and the pillows were not particularly good, but everything was clean, worked well and there was everything that you needed. We stayed in the Inn, and it was very cozy and friendly, very homey and comfortable.

The staff were very nice. The room was clean and the carpets looked new. The breakfast had some really great choices. There were a few things that were a problem for me. The WiFi was abysmal. The mirror in the bathroom should be replaced. It was in bad shape. The toilet was sweating and dripping all over the floor. The biggest drawback for me was that the bed was not comfortable. It was okay, but not great.

The hotel showed modest pictures of clean rooms. We paid an additional fee for late cancellation if needed. When we got there, we were shown to our room and it was not like the pictures. It was shag carpets and a gross recliner that someone had recently been in without being cleaned. The bathroom was gross, and my partner refused to even use it. We decided to make the best of it since it was peak season and no other affordable options in town and just went out to lunch dinner and stayed away as long as possible. I wrote the manager, Amber, and she said she'd advise her housecleaning crew to do a better job. Very disappointing, horrible hotel.
