When it's 102 degrees outside, turn on AC if the room is rented/prepaid. AC was off and it was still 80+ F three hours later. No other room available and staff was unhelpful, so we left and got a room elsewhere. ******* was awesome with a refund.

Renovations going on-not disclosed when reserving. Hallway carpet loose and “rippled” are a trip hazard for senior citizens.

The property was mostly fine with the exception of the bathroom door being improperly installed. It was not plumb and therefore swung to the closed position only. We had to put a doorstop under it to keep it where we wanted it.
